Renovierte Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer, mit Pool und nur 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, in der Touristenzone Lido von Funchal.
Kürzlich renoviert, ist diese schöne Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer, mit einem einfachen und modernen Stil, perfekt für einen Urlaub für zwei oder vier Personen.
Das Anwesen verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein großes Bad mit Dusche, in verschiedenen Bereichen ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer, die Küche und der Balkon sind in einem offenen Raumformat mit einer gegliederten und funktionellen Atmosphäre miteinander verbunden. Die Küche ist ausgestattet und teilt sich den Essbereich mit einem Teil des Wohnbereichs, wodurch sie sich vom Wohnbereich abgrenzt. Das Sofa kann in ein Bett umgewandelt werden, so dass zwei weitere Personen in dieser Wohnung untergebracht werden können, insgesamt also maximal vier Personen. Auf dem Balkon lädt der Raum zu einem angenehmen Moment der Muße in Gesellschaft von Freunden/Familie, einem guten Kaffee und/oder einem guten Wein ein.
Oben in diesem ruhigen und sonnigen Gebäude finden Sie einen Pool, der von der Wohnanlage gemeinsam genutzt wird, wo Sie das gute Wetter zum Schwimmen genießen können, mitten in der touristischen Zone des Lido von Funchal!

Die Immobilie befindet sich in der Estrada Monumental/Rua da Casa Branca, direkt neben dem Einkaufszentrum Monumental Lido, 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Radweg und 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Lido-Badekomplex und der Promenade entfernt. Dies ist eine privilegierte Gegend, da sie sich in der Nähe von Paddle-Tennisplätzen, Gärten, Restaurants, Bars, Geschäften und Dienstleistungen befindet. Das Stadtzentrum von Funchal ist nur 7 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 30 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Im Stadtzentrum gibt es mehrere touristische Attraktionen und Aktivitäten für jeden Geschmack (kulturelle Aktivitäten, radikale Aktivitäten, Naturaktivitäten).

Het is erg gehorig, wat niet handig is met veel overlast van de gasten van de nachtclub die eronder ligt. Ook hing er een hele muffe lucht in de woonkamer/keuken en de hal van het gebouw. De kamer is erg vochtig.

A nossa estadia foi bastante positiva.
O ruido da principal avenida não nos incomodou uma vez que somos residentes em Lisboa.
O único apontamento a ter em consideração é de facto a necessidade do edifício necessitar de intervenção a nível de esgoto, cujo cheiro se faz sentir principalmente nas zonas comuns do edifício e um pouco no lava louça do apartamento. No entanto, nada de transcendente.
A localização é a ideal.

Lamentamos o inconveniente causado pelo cheiro que mencionou. Trata-se de um problema estrutural do edifício, o qual não conseguimos controlar, mas que na verdade nem sempre acontece.

Bad points- Awful smell which I had read about by another guest but ignored.This smell is of mould/drains in the kitchen seemingly in the walls behind the leaking sink and outer walls in the corridor.
Apartment very noisy with traffic.
Not enough good quality towels and kitchen towels.
Lounge curtains filthy.Need washing.
Very hot during the night but cannot open windows due to noise.
Enjoyed holiday but not the apartment.

Está bastante equipado para o habitual dos apartamentos: maquina de lavar roupa, aspirador, tábua de engomar, os utensílios necessários para a cozinha.
O barulho.
As janelas deixam passar todo o ruído da rua (onde passam bastantes carros e motas) o que torna as noites desconfortáveis.
Outra situação desconfortável, mas que não depende deste alojamento, são os vizinhos (não percebemos se eram de outros alojamentos locais existentes no mesmo andar - queremos acreditar que sim), a meio da noite andavam pelos corredores a bater nas portas e a tentar abrir todas as portas (inclusive a nossa).
Não sabendo se há possibilidade de melhorar estes aspetos de isolamento de som o apartamento melhorava consideravelmente o conforto dos seus visitantes.

We are sorry for the problems with the sofa and the mattress. We are already working to improve the quality of our accommodation in this aspect. First, there was electric breaks, power cut (5 times for 9 days) Secondly, the doorknob of the room was broken, so one day i´ve been blocked in the room. The doorknob could only get open from outside. Third, the water of the bathroom was dysfunctional. The water turned suddenly from hot to cold water. We had also a problem with the sound of the appartement. there was a noise detector. 2 times, i receveid electronic messages which said to me that we makes a lot of noises. But my friends and me were not at home and when we were there we were just watching movies on TV. i’ve tried many times to get in contact with the host Joana in order to understand but she never answered to me. The host should have told us the différents problems and about the noise detector. I suspect for a caméra, in general, one doesn't go without the other.

We understand your concern about the noise detector however we should inform that the sound of the TY it's not enough to make an alert in the detector. The noise rules should be follow in our properties.

The apartment itself is roomier than the photos look and we had the rooftop pool to ourself most days, which was amazing.
Issues were resolved really quickly. Overall a great stay and would recommend and return.

I’ll start with the good points; the bed is comfortable, the kitchen appliances are of good standard; the apartment is centrally located for public transport; restaurants etc.
Now here is the rest- The smell in the apartment is absolutely VILE. The agents know there is a problem because there are 8 air fresheners in the small living area to try and mask it. Shame the batteries had stopped working, or the perfumed liquid had run out. There appears to be major issues with the sewage system just outside the apartment building as the local water/sewer company had the manholes up twice in the time we stayed. As for the smell. I suspect that there was a cracked pipe allowing the sewerage smell to permeate the apartment. It meant that windows had to be left open all the time, day and night, or the vile smell made you feel sick. Leaving the (single glazed) windows open is problematical as the apartments sits right above a “Gentlemans Club”. This opens from 10p.m. until 6 a.m. The “clients” of this club exit at all hours of the early morning and are usually very drunk, loud and congregate just below your bedroom window. Given the type of club they have frequented the “clients” were swearing and making lewd comments in a variety of languages. Once the “clients” move on, usually between 2:30-5:00 a.m. the staff exit. They talk and laugh whilst waiting for lifts/taxi’s and some slam car doors or rev up their motorbikes. This is 6 nights a week and it is impossible to sleep until after the club is closed. The pillows were stained and disgusting and you could smell them if you closed the door to the bedroom. I bought new ones. Sheets were unclean and we had to strip the bed, was h and dry before using after the intermediate clean. If you still book this apartment after this review then you need to seek help. It is the WORST accommodation I have ever stayed in.

Regarding the issue with the odor, unfortunately this is a matter that comes from the area, nothing to do with our apartment this
a matter we have communicated to the city council authority . We are also sorry to hear about your experience with the check-in and the lack of communication. We aim to provide a seamless check-in process, we do supply all information about the property and its appliances in our guest area that you had access to. Rest assured, we are working to improve our communication for future guests.
Your comments about the cleanliness of the room and beddings are taken seriously. We will ensure our cleaning staff is informed about the issue.
We are saddened to hear about your experience with the noise from the nearby establishment. You did choose to stay in the heart of the touristic part of Funchal, there are many hotels, restaurants and pubs around, so noise is to be expected.
As for the invoice you received, this same invoice is what it is, an invoice. It is not a request of payment.
It's clear that we fell short in providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay for you. We will take your feedback to heart and work on improving these areas.

Geboekt vanaf 16 uur, bij navraag via de app was eerdere aankomst om bijvoorbeeld bagage alvast neer te zetten niet mogelijk. 16 uur gevraagd aan de Host: Eerder afleveren van bagage was mogelijk geweest.
Klein minpunt was de rioolgeur. Ook bleef de douche vochtig wanneer we de ventilatie overdag uitgezet hadden. We hebben de ventilatie op de douche aangelaten, daardoor werd de douche droog en ook de rioolgeur verdween hiermee.
Veel gebruik gemaakt van het balkon.
Echt een hele mooie week gehad dankzij dit mooie appartement op een zeer goede locatie.

Die Lage. Die Wohnung ist unweit von der Hauptstraße in einer Seitenstraße gelegen. Es war durch Straßenlärm tagsüber und durch einen Tanzclub im Gebäude nachts sehr laut. Unangenehm laut war auch eine Wohnungssanierung auf der gleichen Etage. Ferner haben wir täglich einen unangenehmen Geruch aus dem Abfluss aus der Küche wahrgenommen. Der Türgriff zum Bad ist kaputt, weshalb man die Tür nicht schließen konnte. Sehr schade denn die Wohnung ist optisch sehr schön.

The building where the apartment is located needs maintenance, the wall paint in the corridors peels off and there is a smell of sewage (unfortunately also present in the apartment's kitchen). The apartment had an air freshener which I personally found opressive.

Det kunne dog være rart med aircondition.
Vi manglede vejledning til TV og vaskemaskine (skulle have ligget i en skuffe).
Desværre oplevede vi, at der lugtede meget af kloak omkring køkkenet flere gange dagligt og dette blev ikke afhjulpet ved ekstra rengøring.
