Modernes Apartment mit einem Schlafzimmer und schönem Blick auf das Meer und die Stadt Funchal, ideal für einen Urlaub auf der Insel Madeira. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen und sicheren Gegend, in der Nähe von Museen, Kirchen, Gärten und Dienstleistungen.

Modernes Apartment mit einem geräumigen Schlafzimmer, Doppelbett, begehbarem Kleiderschrank, Arbeitsbereich und Zugang zu einem Balkon. Diese Eigenschaft verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer, mit Klimaanlage, Schlafsofa, Kabel-TV (AppleTV) und einen Raum, separat, mit einem Esstisch. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler, eine Mikrowelle, eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäschetrockner. Ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne steht zur Verfügung.
Vom Wohnzimmer aus hat man Zugang zu einem schönen Balkon, von dem aus man bei einem Kaffee den Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer genießen kann. Diese Wohnung ist für maximal 3 Personen geeignet.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtzentrum, etwa 600 m vom Jachthafen Funchal, 2 Gehminuten vom Museum Quinta das Cruzes, der Kirche und dem Kloster Santa Clara, dem Haus-Museum von Frederico de Freitas und 5 Gehminuten von der Festung Pico und der Kathedrale entfernt.
Der Ökologische Park von Funchal ist 5 km und der internationale Flughafen von Madeira 14 km entfernt.
Das Casa Santa Clara liegt in der Nähe des Einkaufszentrums La Vie, mehrerer Restaurants, Bars, Konditoreien, Apotheken und anderer Dienstleistungen. Außerdem gibt es im Stadtzentrum von Funchal mehrere Touristenattraktionen und Informationen über kulturelle Aktivitäten, radikale Aktivitäten, Aktivitäten in der Natur, was auch immer der Zweck Ihres Besuchs auf der Insel Madeira ist.

So werden allen Kunden, die in touristischen Einrichtungen und/oder Unterkünften übernachten und mindestens 13 Jahre alt sind, 2,00 € pro Person/Nacht berechnet, bis zu einem Maximum von 7 Nächten und einem Maximum von 14,00 € pro Person/Aufenthalt. The apartment was great, and the price was too. The location is amazing - just a short walk to the city center and you can see the ocean from the living room windows. There are some old, run-down/ruined and uninhabited building directly next to the premises, but they don't spoil the view too much. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything needed for a good vacation.

Troubles we had (the AC did not work) where promptly and fairly adresses by the host.

The parking spot is small, but if you have a small car it is manageable. Just don't try to fit in a bigger car.

Great location! But the bathroom had a horrible smell and the place was very outdated for the price we paid. The sofa bed was a great addition and usage of washing machine was also great.

It definitely needs to be refreshed for it to be worth the money. Could not keep the bathroom door open the smell was so bad. The shower wouldn’t drain very well.

Overall location is great and so as apartment. Be aware that the parking spot is tiny and at times especially when the lot is full requires really good driving skills to be able to fit in including turns in incline. When we arrived around 7 pm not all cleaning was done but we got cleaning fee refunded. Overall experience was positive although parking was not amazing

Nice spacious apartment near the city center. The space and beautiful view outweigh all the minor flaws. The apartment really has everything you need. The apartment just lacks a little attention and care in my opinion. It has huge potential to be a top accommodation! But at the moment it is just a comfortable apartment with a beautiful view. We did not regret our choice in any way. I definitely recommend it for unpretentious travelers ;)

What an amazing view from both balconies! The apartment is well equipped and the host is very friendly ( thank you so much Decio!) Great location, close to the center, marina and all kinds of good amenities. One small downside was the appearance of smell from the drains in the toilet. Despite this, the apartment is clean & nicely furnished. We had a lovely stay & would definitely recommend!

Super Lage, große saubere Wohnung, klare Empfehlung für zwei Personen! Der Parkplatz war sehr hilfreich, wenn man die Insel mit dem Auto erkunden will.

Uns hat im Großen und Ganzen die Wohnung gut gefallen, es gab alles was man braucht, die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet! Es gibt zwei Balkone mit einer schönen Aussicht (leider waren auf einem Balkon Bauarbeiten). Es gibt auch einen kleinen Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft. Man kann von der Unterkunft aus, vieles in Funchal zu Fuß erreichen, die Lage ist top! Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war gut. Wie schon von anderen erwähnt, riecht es im Bad nach Abfluss meistens.
Ohne die Bauarbeiten ist es eine perfekte Wohnung! Am letzten Tag unseres Aufenthalts gingen anscheinend auch die Bauarbeiten zu Ende, also sollte das kein Problem mehr sein.

Great accommodation and centrally located. I was unable to reach the host for two days during our stay. The issue was minor so it wasn't a big deal, but could have been if it were something major. Outside of that it was a lovely stay and the host was helpful when I could reach them.

The apartment is beautiful (especially the balcony view) and has everything you need for your stay in Funchal. The location is great, within walking distance to central Funchal. The bathroom does have a smell to it as others have mentioned and the parking space is very small so try to get a small car if possible. We had a great time and we do recommend staying here.

Great location in the center of Funchal.
We were informed 2 days prior to the arrival about ongoing construction. It turned out the main balcony could not be used and the shutters in the dining and living room could not be opened. Therefore the stay was not as enjoyable as we were expecting when we booked the apartment. AC was not working, and the bathroom has a strong sewage smell.
The parking spot at the building is very small and can not be used by bigger cars.
We were promised a 20% discount but are yet to receive it.

Balcon SUD condamné en raison des travaux de ravalement. Conséquences : Pas de vue sur la mer, pas de lumière naturelle dans le séjour et le salon, impossibilité d'ouvrir les volets. ( Nous avions choisis cet appartement pour la vue )

fantastic apartment. great location with parking included. The kitchen was the best part, well stocked and no need to bring any appliances. we cooked every meal! The view from the balcony was also beautiful. All around the cleanliness was fairly good and the staff was very responsive and accomodating. And of course having an elevator reaaly helped with hiking bags and groceries. Great stay for the price.

The location of the apartment was perfect walking distance to many amazing restaurants, stores, and the water and port. The appliances worked out great for us, we made dinner multiple nights, and the balcony had amazing views. The parking was tight but doable, recommend a smaller car.

Locatie van het appartement was prima, het ligt bij het centrum van Funchal.
Het appartement is goed uitgerust met keukenapparatuur, een wasmachine en droogtrommel. Het biedt voldoende ruimte voor 2 personen, voor 4 personen wordt het krap.
Handdoekenwissel (2 pp) was fijn, maar had nog 1 x vaker gemogen. We verbleven 10 dagen in het appartement.
De slaapbank biedt onvoldoende zitcomfort.
De afvoer vh bad ruikt onaangenaam, door de stop erin te doen, was het te doen.

Problemlose Kommunikation, Ausstattung wie in der Beschreibung. Fotos stimmen. Im Bad riecht es leider aus den Abflüssen und es gibt dort keine Steckdose. Na tomto ubytovaní je najlepšia jeho poloha blízko centra a výhľad z dvoch terás. Potom aj rozloha a vybavenie. V neposlednom rade je výhodou parkovacie miesto, aj keď nie je vhodné pre väčšie auto. Mali sme Fiat Tipo kombi a bolo to už na hrane...
Bol to náš druhý pobyt v tomto ubytovaní a mrzí nás, že žiadne s pôvodných doporuceni majiteľ nezapracoval. Ide hlavne o potrebu rekonštruovať kúpeľňu - vaňa zle odteka a je opotrebovaná tak, že už ani nejde vyčistiť. Je tam zápach. Teplá voda tečie veľmi kolísavo. Často vôbec, alebo naopak úplne vrelá. K dispozícii nebolo žiadne mydlo. Druhá vec, na ktorú sme už upozornili je tienenie v kuchyni. Celé poobedie tam svieti slnko a nie je tam nič čo by ho tienilo. Teraz v Januári to nebol taký problém, ale v lete sa tam nedá vydržať....
Posteľ sa mi zdala príliš tvrdá, ale to môže byť len môj pocit. Každopádne by sme uvítali dve prikrývky. Viem že tu je zvykom dávať len jednu pre dvoch, ale potešilo by mať dve ako doma😉

Wir waren 1 Woche dort und haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist super schön und man hat dort Sonne bis zum Sonnenuntergang. Die Küche ist modern, sauber und ausgestattet. Sogar eine Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner und eine Spülmaschine gab es. Nur in wenigen Gehminuten sind tolle Restaurants und das Meer. Trotzdem ist es dort sehr ruhig.

Close to all local amenities. Clean and well equipped. All as we expected.
Sofa was a it tired but not a show stopper. There also appeared to be some mix up about access arrangements and we had to wait for almost 1 hour on the doorstep. Everything worked out in the end.

The locations is perfect, parking place,the apartment itself comfortable, amazing view from the balcony.
The apartment gets full with mosquites, and the protection net is not sealing well. The walls have stains of the previous guests fighting them. We couldn't sleep well not a single night without fighting mosquites.
As many guests mentioned before us, the bathroom constantly smells sewer.

- AC in both living room and bedroom.
- Washing machine and dryer.
- Full kitchen setup.
- Queen bed - good size but a little too firm.

- Check-in was a little complicated. We had to wait half an hour for someone to show up to let us in and give us the key.
- The bathroom has a noticeable mold smell and the bathtub was clogged leading to more smell and a full bathtub when showering.
- TV was a little complicated to get working with the Apple TV.

Das Appartment hat eine sehr gute Lage. Man ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten mitten in der Innenstadt von Funchal. Meerblick. Parkmöglichkeit direkt im Hof vorhanden.
Das Außengerät der Klimaanlage stand auf einem der Balkone. War die Klimaanlage eingeschaltet, konnte man sich also nicht auf dem Balkon aufhalten, wegen Lautstärke und warmem Gebläse. Zudem lief während des Aufenthalts Wasser aus einem der Klimageräte. Leider auch noch nachdem es repariert wurde. Es konnte somit nicht mehr benutzt werden. Eine weitere Reparatur wurde zwar angekündigt, aber kam während des Aufenthalts nicht mehr zustande. Die Schlafcouch ist eher nicht zum Schlafen geeignet, da sehr unbequem. Das Appartment sollte mit dieser Couch eher nicht für 3 Personen angeboten werden. Der Duschvorhang war schimmelig. Das lag wahrscheinlich daran, dass im Bad der Abzug nicht funktionierte (kein Fenster). Sehr unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Abfluss im Bad.

The appartment is spacious and has a very beautiful view on the ocean. We spent 1 week and we really enjoyed it. It is fully equiped (tv, coffee machine, washing machine, microvawe, kitchen has everything you need), really nice wardrobe space, comfortable bed. The communication with our host was perfect, he answers quickly, he was waiting for us until late in the night, easy checkin process online, where you can book your taxi from/to airport (provided by them).
The only thing that needs to be improved is the bathroom, the water temperature in bathtube changes all the time, sometimes it takes really too long to get warm water.

Het appartement ligt op korte loopafstand van het centrum en in de buurt van enkele winkeltjes, bakkerij en leuke restaurants! Het uitzicht op de haven, de zee en het lager gelegen centrum is fenomenaal. het appartement is ruim voor 2 personen met een heerlijke bank, diverse stoelen, een ruime eettafel, goed uitgeruste keuken, nette badkamer en slaapkamer. In het gebouw is een lift. Voor het gebouw is een kleine parkeerplaats beschikbaar als je een huurauto hebt. De straat is goed bereikbaar vanaf de rondweg. Er zijn twee kleine balkons waardoor je altijd zon of schaduw kunt kiezen. Geen enkele geluidsoverlast van de straat 's nachts en ook overdag of 's avonds hoor je de andere bewoners niet. Prima ontvangst ondanks onze late aankomst 's avonds na vertraging van onze vlucht en lange wachttijd op de Aerobus.
Het was ons niet duidelijk hoe we het afval konden weggooien in de containers buiten het gebouw. De verhuurder heeft dit supersnel toegelicht; top!

Check-in und Check-out erfolgten digital vorab, alles war super organisiert. Die Schlüssel wurden uns persönlich übergeben und das Apartment gezeigt. Die verspätete Ankunft unseres Flugzeugs war glücklicherweise kein Problem. Unsere sehr freundliche Ansprechpartnerin stand auch während der Reise in Funchal zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist schön modern und voll ausgestattet. Es gibt 2 Balkone, aber wir haben nur den mit Meerblick genutzt. Von dort aus kann man auch die Kreuzfahrtschiffe beim Ein- und Auslaufen beobachten.
Die Wohnung im 5. OG ist super gelegen, fernab von der Hotelzone. Ihre Straße kreuzt eine Fußgängerstraße, in der zahlreiche Restaurants sind. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Matratze war schon etwas durchgelegen, aber es ging noch.
Wenige Meter vom Gebäude entfernt ist eine Baustelle mit Kran. Da morgens und abends aufgrund der Arbeitszeiten Ruhe herrscht, hat es uns aber kaum gestört, da wir tagsüber immer unterwegs waren.

Check-in and check-out were done digitally in advance, everything was super organized. The keys were handed over to us personally and we were shown the apartment. The late arrival of our plane was fortunately no problem. Our very friendly contact person was also available during the trip in Funchal. The apartment is nice and modern and fully equipped. There are 2 balconies, but we only used the one with sea view. From there you can also watch the cruise ships coming in and out.
The apartment on the 5th floor is super located, away from the hotel zone. Your street crosses a pedestrian street where there are numerous restaurants. We felt very comfortable there.

Tolles Apartment mit vielen Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Zentrum ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar und man hat eine schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt. Außerdem war es sehr sauber.

Check-in eine Stunde früher als angekündigt war absolut kein Problem und die Schlüsselübergabe fand zeitnah statt.
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet die Möglichkeit auch mal ein Abendessen daheim zu zubereiten.
Die beiden Balkone, Süd- und Westlage bieten zu jederzeit ein sonniges Plätzchen, oder auch mal einen Schattenplatz. Die Wohnung bietet sehr viel Platz und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir haben nichts vermisst!
Die Lage ist absolut perfekt: in wenigen Schritten ist man im Old Town, Supermarkt und mehrere Museen direkt um die Ecke. Diverse Restaurants und Bars nahebei, jedoch weit genug entfernt, um die Ruhe genießen zu können.
Die Matratze ist leider der absolute Alptraum für den empfindlichen Rücken. Ziemlich durchgelegen.
Die Sessel und die Schlafcouch sind leider auch schon sehr betagt und unbequem.
Der Abfluss im Bad riecht leider an manchen Tagen unangenehm.
ABER: abgesehen von der durchgelegen Matratze ist das schon Meckern auf hohem Niveau!!
Auch die Baustelle im Bereich vor dem Haus, wo ausführliche Bauarbeiten durchgeführt werden, soll nicht unerwähnt bleiben und hat uns an manchen Tagen genervt, aber man ist ja tagsüber unterwegs. Somit war das für uns kein Problem.

Sehr schönes Apartment, komplett ausgestattet, zwei Balkone mit tollem Ausblick auf die Altstadt, Gratis-Parkplatz im Innenhof, nur wenige Schritte vor zu Cafés, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Perfekte Lage in Funchal.
Während unseres Aufenthaltes (und sicher noch auf Monate hinaus) ist in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft eine Grośbauszelle, nicht zu überhören

The appartment was lovely and modern with a balcony overlooking the sea. The kitchen was excellent with all necessary appliances. It was spacious with lots of storage space in the bedroom. Location was excellent - just a few minutes walk to the centre of town & the harbour.
