Eine Wohnung in Garajau, komplett renoviert, im obersten Stockwerk mit Balkon und vollem Meerblick, ausgestattet mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, in der Nähe von Bäckereien, Restaurants, Supermärkte, ein paar Minuten entfernt von der Seilbahn und dem Strand von Garajau.

Dies ist eine renovierte Wohnung, mit einfachen und modernen Dekoration, auf der obersten 5. Etage eines Gebäudes mit einem Aufzug in Garajau gelegen, auf einem Hügel, die einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer verbessert. Es handelt sich um eine T2-Immobilie, die über zwei Bäder mit Duschen und zwei Schlafzimmer verfügt: ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ein weiteres mit einem eigenen Bad und einem Einzelbett, das in ein großes Doppelbett umgewandelt werden kann. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über Kabel-Smart-TV, ein bequemes Schlafsofa (für 2 Kinder oder einen Erwachsenen), einen Esstisch und einen schönen Balkon mit freiem Blick auf das Meer. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit einer Kaffeemaschine, einem Kühlschrank, einer Mikrowelle, einem Backofen, einem Geschirrspüler und einer Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung ist für maximal 5 Personen geeignet.

WI-FI ist in allen Zimmern verfügbar. Das Internet eignet sich für Online-Arbeiten dank eines Glasfaserkabels, eines Ethernet-Kabels im Wohnzimmer und im kleineren Schlafzimmer, das als Büro genutzt werden kann. Die Internetgeschwindigkeit beträgt 300Mbps und die Verbindung ist stabil.

Es gibt einen reservierten Parkplatz in der Garage im Untergeschoss des Gebäudes. Außerdem gibt es einen Spielplatz im Gemeinschaftsbereich des Gebäudes.

AREA
Die Gegend von Garajau ist bekannt für ihre Ruhe und die Nähe zum Meer. Es liegt zwischen Funchal und dem Flughafen und bietet verschiedene Dienstleistungen und Restaurants in der Nähe der Immobilie. Es gibt auch einen Strand und einen kurzen Wanderweg neben dem Cristo-Rei-Denkmal sowie eine Seilbahn mit direktem Zugang zum Strand, dem Teil-Naturschutzgebiet von Garajau, wo Sie tauchen und schnorcheln können. Ein Mietwagen am Flughafen ist eine gute Option, um die Insel in Ihrem eigenen Tempo zu erkunden. Darüber hinaus gibt es auch in Garajau eine Autovermietung (8 Minuten zu Fuß).

Das Zentrum von Funchal ist nur 10 Autominuten von der Unterkunft entfernt.

Die beste Möglichkeit, die Wohnung zu erreichen, ist der Transfer. Bitten Sie uns, einen bei unseren lokalen Partnern zu buchen. Es ist billiger als die Taxis, die Sie am Flughafen finden.
Wenn Sie ein Auto mieten, kann jede Navigations-App die Adresse leicht finden.
Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle 7 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung.

Mieszkanie z pięknym widokiem na ocean. Posiada w pełni wyposarzoną kuchnię. Jest piekarnik, czajnik elektryczny, czteropalnikowa płyta indukcyjna, toster, lodówka. Dwie łazienki w dobrym standardzie. Nie mogę powiedzieć, żeby czegoś brakowało. Mieszkanie na 5 piętrze, ale jest winda. Miejsce parkingowe pod bydynkiem. Blisko supermarket i wyjazd na główną autostradę. Joana - przedstawiciel firmy jest bardzo miła i pomocna. Czekała na nas w mieszkaniu, opowiedziała o wszystkim. Szczerze mogę polecić to miejsce. Mam nadzieję kiedyś wrócić na tą piękną wyspę, a te mieszkanie to dla mnie sprawdzone miejsce. Dziękuję, i mam nadzieję do zobaczenia!

Sadly, we didn’t have the best start to our stay in Madeira! Firstly, our host was late to check us in, so we were sat outside waiting. The property had not been cleaned when we arrived so we had to wait for cleaners to turn up, adding to the time we spent waiting for the host to check us in, and then further time when the cleaners arrived, which delayed our plans to head out and explore/get supplies in.

Out of the hosts control but the area itself is very noisy, next to the main road(s) into Funchal and the neighbours dogs were out ALL DAY & NIGHT barking at each other, which makes you question if the “noise law” is actually a thing or not!

In general, despite the cons, there were plenty of pros. The apartment once cleaned, was a great place to stay in terms of space and for what we paid (as the host refunded our cleaning fee) and if you like sea views, the view from the balcony was INCREDIBLE!

We used Bolt (like Uber) to get around and everything is pretty close.

Les points forts sont: bien situé pour aller partout sur l’île, belle vue de l’appartement vers la mer, stationnement intérieur, lits confortables. Moins, petits problèmes d’écoulement des lavabos mais réglé, les chiens des alentours jappent à certaines heures mais je crois que c’est propre à l’île.

Кухня полностью оборудована: стиральная машина, посудомойка, микроволновка, тостер и прочая бытовая техника, которая делает пребывание удобным и приятным. Для зимнего времени предусмотрены обогреватели, а для лета - вентилятор и напольный кондиционер.

Спальные места очень удобные: большая кровать с чистым и свежим постельным бельем. В апартаментах два санузла, две спальни и просторный зал — идеально как для пар, так и для семьи или компании.

Но главная изюминка — это балкон и невероятный вид, который завораживает в любое время суток. Если вы ищете место, где можно насладиться Мадейрой в полной мере, это точно оно.

Mooi appartement voor een zeer goede prijs in deze regio! Wij verbleven hier met 3 personen en hadden voldoende ruimte. Één badkamer met ensuite badkamer en één slaapkamer met badkamer in aparte kamer. Keuken was voorzien van het nodige. Zalig terras! Enige minpunt/tip: muffe geur in de badkamer. Badkamer is eens aan verniewing toe.

I can highly recommend this place. The apartment is located in a quiet area with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. We found a super clean apartment , equipped with all necessary things. What's more, our host was available and helpful all the time.
We left Madeira with beautiful memories and we will come back there again.

Great stay, had everything a family of 4 needed. The host was nice, the flat was fully equipped, and the view was great! Only one flaw, we were staying in the winter and the wind was howling in the flat all day - but I guess that is an easy fix. Definitely recommended!

Great view of Madeira island! Apartment was super spacious and comfortable. We were impressed with the decor and everything provided in the apartment e.g. kitchen appliances, baby equipment.

Great place, big enough for our family. Baby friendly.
The view is amazing and the place is very clean. Conveniently located if you have a car, peaceful and close to supermarket and restaurants, and many sightseeing spots. The parking is very convenient.

Es war alles wie auf den Bildern. Tolle Wohnung wunderbare Lage, super Ausstattung, nettes Personal und super Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage.
Es gibt lediglich ein paar Kleinigkeiten die man verbessern könnte wie 2 neue große gerade Pfannen wo das Öl nicht immer an der Seite weg läuft und der Wasserboiler ist auch nicht ganz ideal wenn mehrere gleichzeitig duschen.
Ansonsten war wirklich alles super. Und auch der Ort dort ist wirklich wunderschön kann nur empfehlen mal zur Statue und zum Strand zu gehen.

Great stay! We enjoyed the apartment, jad everything we needed and it has amazing views! The parking is a bit tricky to use (v narrow) but overall it was a great apartment. We drove everywhere we needed so its not really a walkable place.

We visited the apartment in August, it is definitely a fantastic moment to see the beauty of Madeira. Our stay began with very easy, comfortable and kind contact with the proffesional and polite staff. The apartment is situated in great location which gives you the opportunity to easily reach touristic sights both on the south-eastern coast including Funchal and the central part of the island. The neighbourhood is safe and clean. From the apartment there is a magnificent view over the whole region, ocean and the statue of Cristo Rei. It has two comfortable bedrooms, two clean bathrooms, spacious living room with TV, sofa and big table, kitchen, and balcony, perfect place to relax and admire the view. All necessary facilities are provided such as washing machine or dishwasher. It is clean and comfortable, we were satisfied with our stay and regard the apartment as worth recommending.

У нас остались прекрасные впечатления от этой уютной квартирки с видом на океан! В ней есть ВСЁ необходимое для комфортного проживания и даже больше :) Новое постельное белье, полотенца, стиральный порошок, капсулы в посудомоечную машину, разнообразная посуда, гладильная доска и такие мелочи, как чай/кофе/растительное масло/соль - вам не нужно ни о чем думать после заселения, комфорт обеспечен. Вся техника новая и работала без нареканий. Имеется подземный паркинг (только для жильцов дома, за машину можно быть спокойным). Удобство расположения для тех, кто арендует авто (близко выезд на автостраду, удобно ездить по острову). В шаговой доступности торговые центры, супермаркет, в котором имеется кафе-столовая (можно вкусно и бюджетно покушать).
Как итог, хочу сказать одно: если увидите эти апартаменты свободными на Ваши даты - бронируйте скорее! (P.S. за рекламу мне не платили, отзыв на 100% честный и со мной солидарны ещё двое моих друзей☺️)

Die Wohnung war sauber, aber weil eine defekt gegensprechen Anlage in der Wohnung gibt, die Lärm macht, konnten wir nicht gut schlafen und mussten wir einen neue Wohnung suchen. Die Techniker hat nicht , wie abgemacht, die Reparatur in den nächste Tag gemacht .
Aussicht ist schön , Möblierung ist gut und auch sauber. Leider hat kein Kühlung Möglichkeit.

El apartamento esta en un edificio con tranquilo y donde puedes encontrarte en una atmósfera local, alejada de las calles más turísticas.
Estaba super limpio y contaba con menaje, productos de aseo, ropa de cama muy adecuada y muchos libros en varios idiomas.

We had a beautiful week in this apartment that is located just 10 minutes away from Funchal by car. It had everything you need: fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine. They even did cleaning in the middle of our stay. I definitely recommend.

Everything was wonderful and compatible with description in the offer. Apartment was really nice with everything you need (fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer and more). A positive surprise was the cleaning during the stay and notification from the host about weather hazards.
I totally recommend and next time in madeira I will also stay at the property of this host.

Location ottima, vista incredibile e un prezzo davvero onesto per lo spazio che viene servito. An Island è molto disponibile, il nostro check-in era stato ritardato per ritardi nelle pulizie di circa un'ora e mezza, ma lo stesso tempo ci è stato aggiunto in fase di check-out senza spese aggiuntive (su richiesta ovviamente). Unica pecca il servizio ricevuto da parte dell'incaricato a rispondere alle nostre necessità: per quasi tutta la permanenza non ha risposto a messaggi e e chiamate.
