Moderne Villa in Hanglage, mit Garten, Schwimmbad, Grill, einem bezaubernden Blick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Dekoration in lebendigen und heiteren Tönen. Gelegen auf der Westseite von Madeira, in einer ruhigen und sonnigen Lage, für einen erholsamen Familienurlaub auf der Insel Madeira.
Haus 3 Schlafzimmer mit 3 Etagen, in hellen und freundlichen Tönen eingerichtet, in sonniger und sehr ruhiger Lage. Auf der Eingangsebene, eine große Suite mit Doppelbett und Kanapee mit der Möglichkeit der Verwendung als Bett für kleine Kinder, ein eigenes Bad mit Jacuzzi und begehbarer Dusche. Südbalkon mit Hängematte. Auf der gleichen Etage ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Zweibettzimmer mit 2 Betten und ein gemeinsames Bad mit begehbarer Dusche.
In der Zwischenetage befinden sich eine große, voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Essbereich und ein Wohnzimmer mit Balkon. Ein Raum mit Waschküche/Abstellraum, Kleideraufbereitungsraum, ein Gäste-WC und Zugang zu einem kleinen Abstellraum.
Auf der unteren Etage, ein Grill und eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Essbereich und Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, Kabel-TV, eine soziale Toilette und Zugang nach draußen.
Außenbereich mit Garten, Esstisch, Dusche, Schwimmbad, Sonnenliegen, Schaukel und Sitzsäcken, mit einem unglaublichen Blick auf das Meer und den fantastischen Sonnenuntergang zur richtigen Zeit.
Diese Immobilie ist für maximal 6 Personen ausgelegt.
Überdachter und nicht überdachter Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.
Wi-Fi in allen Bereichen verfügbar.
AREA
Die Immobilie befindet sich im Westen der Insel (die Gegend mit der höchsten Sonneneinstrahlung auf Madeira), in der Gemeinde Tabua, Gemeinde Ribeira Brava, in einem Gebiet, das an die Gemeinde Ponta do Sol grenzt. Eine sehr ruhige und sonnige Gegend, nur wenige Minuten von der bekannten Levada Nova entfernt, einem Wanderweg, auf dem Sie die wunderschöne Landschaft der Westküste der Insel Madeira genießen können.
Es gibt noch weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts in der Villa Candelária erkunden können: den Miradouro do Espigão (Ribeira Brava), das MUDAS - Madeira Contemporary Art Museum (Calheta), den Strand Ponta do Sol, das Madeira Ethnographic Museum (Ribeira Brava), den Markt von Ribeira Brava und vieles mehr.
Funchal ist ca. 20 Autominuten von dieser Villa entfernt.
Im Zentrum von Funchal gibt es auch verschiedene Touristenattraktionen und Informationen über kulturelle Aktivitäten, radikale Aktivitäten, Naturaktivitäten, was auch immer der Zweck Ihres Besuchs auf der Insel Madeira ist.
ANREISE
Die beste Möglichkeit, das Haus zu erreichen, ist ein Transfer. Bitten Sie uns, einen solchen mit unseren lokalen Partnern zu organisieren. Er ist billiger als die Taxis, die Sie am Flughafen finden. Wenn Sie ein Auto mieten, wird jede Navigations-App die Adresse leicht finden.

SONSTIGE BEMERKUNGEN
- Nach portugiesischem Recht müssen alle Gäste einen gültigen Ausweis vorlegen. (Reisepass oder Personalausweis).
- Die Check-in-Zeit muss im Voraus festgelegt werden. Wenn der Check-in nicht innerhalb von 48 Stunden im Voraus vereinbart wird, hängt er von der Verfügbarkeit unseres Teams ab.
- Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Bei Bedarf können wir auch ein Babybett, einen Hochstuhl und eine Babywanne bereitstellen, aber Sie sollten dies anfragen. Es gibt einen Erste-Hilfe-Kasten, Feuerlöscher und eine Feuerlöschdecke im Haus.

Wir möchten, dass Sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen. Wir bitten Sie lediglich um Rücksichtnahme auf die Nachbarn und den Schutz des Grundstücks sowie darum, im Haus nicht zu rauchen.

aucun cadeau de bienvenue (poncha, vin de madere??). en revanche, enormes soucis d humidité generale dans la maison. aucune piece n est epargnee par du salpetre genérant une odeur d humidité desagreable dans toute la maison. pas de seche serviettes, pas de vmc... pas de vrai chauffage. a 2000 euros la semaine, c est inacceptable alors que le probleme semble connu depuis plusieurs mois.
accessoirement, moustiquaires hs ( dechirees, donc inutiles).presence de fourmis tous les soirs en rentrant...)
rien ne semble fait depuis un avis de 02.2025 auquel vous avez répondu.

Ces derniers temps, l’île a malheureusement été frappée par plusieurs tempêtes successives, ce qui a aggravé certaines situations. Nous faisons tout notre possible pour résoudre les problèmes identifiés, bien que certains nécessitent des interventions techniques plus complexes.

Toller Ausblick.
Pool nicht zu beheizen. Sehr kalt durch ständiges Ablaufsystem.
In den hinteren Räumen Schimmelbildung, wie oft üblich in den Wintermonaten.
Viele Armaturen undicht.

In der unteren Küche gab es einen offenen Grilkamin, auf den ich mich sehr gefreut habe. Weil es keinen Kohlerost gab , ging die Kohle immer wieder aus, da es keine Luftzufuhr von unten gab. Letztlich haben wir unsere Fische doch noch mit viel Luftwedeln gar bekommen

We had a little bit of trouble with our check-in (we had a fairly significant flight delay so there was a bit of miscommunication around who would be meeting us and when, then we had some difficulty finding the place so I would advise visitors make sure you use google maps and not another maps app), but once we were settled in everything was wonderful!

Our only slight grumble would be the outdoor living space could be made more comfortable with some sun loungers - it has been mentioned in previous comments and seems to be an easy and quick fix !
Other than that a lovely stay and a good location to explore the island of Madeira.

We request to heat the pool few days before our arrival but was told by the owner that the pool heating system was broken and can’t be fixed for another month. This was upsetting because we stayed there for 9 nights, that is a long time but for the whole length of our stay they couldn’t fix the problem. The weather was also not that hot, kids didn’t enjoy the pool as the water was very cold. Once you book a place to stay you should be able to get all the facilities that are advertised but in this case we were let down.

Leider ist der Pool nicht auf Anfrage für einzelne Tage beheizbar, wie es im Inserat steht, sondern wenn dann nur 48 Stunden vor der Anreise für den gesamten Zeitraum. Das ist sehr schade.
Generell war die Kommunikation sowohl zur Anreise als auch während unseren Aufenthaltes mit dem Gastgeber schwierig und langsam.

From the beginning you'd the information about the heating pool which was ignored since you wanted the heated pool, but didn't want to pay for it :)
The communication problem wasn't from our side, we've answered always to your messages but we didn't had the same treatment by you, the delay was always on your side.
