The balcony is common to the living room and one of the bedrooms. It has a solarium area and a dining area, where you can enjoy a nice breakfast or lunch outdoors, contemplate the blue sky and the sea, read a book or simply sunbathe. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dining area, so this property has everything you need to enjoy a beautiful vacation.

The property is located about 8 minutes from the historic centre of Funchal, of Madeira Island, where you can find the Farmer's Market ("Mercado dos Lavradores"), access the Cable Car and explore the Old Town.
If you want to enjoy the beaches closest to your accommodation, there is an interesting range of free and paid options. Formosa Beach is free and extensive, with pebbles and black sand. Following the promenade you will find two paid beaches before reaching Formosa Beach, the "Ponta Gorda" Beach Complex and the "Cavacas" Dock. After the pedestrian tunnel the access to Praia Formosa is immediate. Continuing along the promenade you will end the walk in the neighboring county, Câmara de Lobos, a place with a lot of gastronomic and cultural diversity, to explore. Enjoy your stay to explore this location that offers countless possibilities!
In the opposite direction, head towards the centre of Funchal and find other beaches available, such as "Gorgulho" Beach - Gavinas (free) and "Lido" Beach Complex (paid).
Within a 2-minute walk you will find the Forum Madeira Shopping Centre and behind it you can find the Ajuda Public Garden.
To explore cultural activities, radical activities, activities linked to nature, it is best to rent a car and explore the other municipalities of Madeira Island.

The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.

Guests have access to all areas of the property.

We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.
OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All necessary linens and towels are provided. A cot, high chair and baby's tub can be arranged if necessary. We have a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and an anti-fire blanket on all properties.
ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.

De locatie van het appartement is top. Vlakbij de boulevard met een prachtig uitzicht over de zee. Aan de andere kant van het appartementengebouw is een winkelcentrum met alle faciliteiten. Slechts een grote en een kleine handdoek per persoon voor een verblijf van 8 dagen. In de keuken was slechts 1 theedoek aanwezig.. Bovendien waren deze groezelig en leken ze al heel vaak te zijn gebruikt. Echt smerig.

Prachtige lokatie en mooi appartement. Tevens was de parkeergarage een pluspunt. De inrichting van de keuken viel een beetje tegen. Geen Keukenhanddoeken, en de voorziening voor 6 personen is sober. Geen grote potten. Op het terras zijn maar 4 stoelen voorzien. Wel jammer voor deze prijs.

Nice apartment, fantastic ocean view, spacious, close to a trade center, 5 min by foot from the sea. Reserved parking. Sometimes we felt smoke smell from the common area, it seems that it was from the neighbour flat. Hot water could be hotter, it was uncomfortable.
These disadvantages are non critical, I recommend this stay.

We absolutely loved staying here! The view on the balcony was divine. Everything was clean and comfortable. The proximity to the mall across the street was convenient and we rented scooters at the place right next door. We didn’t want to leave! Madeira is gorgeous and our stay here made everything run smoothly. The gentleman who helped us check in was also so nice and personable. Gave us recommendations and showed us how to access the garage. I would recommend staying here!!!!

Toller Aufenthalt! Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich, erreichbar per Telefon und sehr flexibel, als wir bereits vor check-in unser Gepäck abgeben wollten. Bilder beschreiben die Unterkunft sehr gut, in der Küche gibt es auch zusätzliche Geräte wie Toaster, Wasserkoche und Kaffeemaschine. Bei der Hälfte des Aufenthalts bekamen wir von House-Keeping noch frische Handtücher, Spülmaschinentabs und Mülltüten. Auch Check-out war super einfach.

Сподобалось розміщення, навпроти торгового центру і супермаркету, поруч набережна, приємний господар. Наявність штор тоталблек було приємним розширенням. Ліжко зручне, достатньо ковдр. Вистачало всього, окрім пакетів для сміття і більшої миски для салату.

Appartement was groot en goed uitgerust. 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, keuken en een grote huiskamer met terras met uitzicht op zee. Het madeira forum ligt tegenover de hoofdingang van het appartement en zorgt voor een levendige omgeving
Prima Parkeer garage, ingang daarvan ligt uit het zicht het is via een smal, stijl straatje aan de achterkant van het appartementen complex De bedden zijn hard, voor liefhebbers daarvan prima, anders valt dat wat tegen.

Rauhallinen sijainti. Ostoskeskus vastapäätä. Kävelymatka rannalle. Erittäin tilava huoneisto, kiva sisustus. Parvekkeelta oli kaunis näköala, mutta parvekkeen edessä oleva iso parkkipaikka pilasi hieman vaikutelmaa.

Die Lage ist herausragend und der Blick phänomenal. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und hell. Es gibt ausreichend Gläser und Tassen sowie Teller. Die Wohnung ist extrem hellhörig, die Nachbarn waren immer zu hören (auch nachts). -Zu verbessern ist die Sauberkeit aller Böden und die Küche generell. Dort klebten die Griffe vor Schmutz .Die Fenster sind so schmutzig, das man bedauerlicherweise kaum durchsehen kann. (und das bei dem gigantischen Blick) .Wir fanden allerlei Sachen unter dem Sofa. Die einzige Dusche verliert Ihre Dichtungen und hat schwarze Ränder und bis heißes Wasser kommt gehen auch mal 15 Liter durch die Leitung (langer Weg aus der Küche ).Würden das Reinigungspersonal seinen Job besser machen, wäre hier leicht Abhilfe zu schaffen und es wären 10 Punkte - kleine Handtücher gab es erst nach 4 maliger ! Nachfrage am Tag 2. Und unangemeldet standen nach einigen Tagen abends um 19 Uhr plötzlich Damen da, die reinigen wollten, während wir am duschen waren. Als wir um ein Verschieben baten, war das kein Problem, mehr als Betten beziehen war es dann aber auch nicht. Alles schmutzig wie zuvor. Es fehlen: scharfe Messer (nur eins da ) in der Küche ( schön wäre bspw. Sparschäler, Kochlöffel, Deckel für die Pfannen als Spritzschutz, Nudelsieb ) sowie Bürsten um die Pfannen sauber zu machen. Die Qualität des Bestecks würden wir als billig beschreiben, das bei solche einer fantastischen Wohnung daran gespart wird ist unverständlich. Auch gab es (zu Beginn) keine Geschirrspültabs und so sah das gesamte Besteck und Geschirr zu Beginn auch aus.
Eine Decke auf dem Sofa wäre abends angenehm, gerade wenn es im Frühjahr noch kühler ist( Es gibt keine Heizung) Ansonsten würden wir zu dem Preis wiederkommen- im Sommer wäre das Preis Leistungsverhältnis allerdings arg ausgereizt.

Piękne przestronne mieszkanie z cudownym widokiem na ocean. Wygodny parking podziemny. Na przeciwko drzwi do domu wejście do Galerii Handlowej Forum Madera. Super baza wypadowa. Blisko promenadą do Camara des Lobos. 3 sypialnie. 2 łazienki. Kuchnia. Piękny przeszklony duży salon i balkon od południa. Może to zabrzmi śmiesznie, ale jedna cykada nie dawała spać w nocy ;)

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment from start to finish. Very clean (with a couple is exceptions already advised to agent)
Well furnished, amazing view, close to supermarket, shops and restaurants. Bus stop just a few metres away from front door and approx 3km walk to Funchal itself.
Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again

Ótima localização! Estacionamento grátis, muito útil uma vez que nas proximidades tem estacionamento pago. Muito próximo do centro comercial e de pastelaria/padaria muito boa. O apartamento excedeu as expetativas! Muito espaçoso e muito bem decorado. Tem uma vista espetacular. Tem os utensílios de cozinhas necessários. Algum ruído na rua relacionado com a passagem dos carros e autocarros, mas não impossibilitou o descanso.

o apartamento é lindo, espaçoso, localização excelente, a vista inesquecível! Foram dias lindos e muito agradáveis. Houve algumas pendências que precisei recorrer à administração, mas todas foram solucionadas. O box do chuveiro da suíte é tão pequeno que é um incômodo. Também sentimos falta de alguns utensílios básicos na cozinha.

The view is beautiful and the apartment itself is spacious Parking was very confusing, as they did not specify where the garage was and only advised this upon questioning.
The shower in the suite retains way too much heat and the shower is tiny for the room that it is. The table on the balcony was also broken and the door to the balcony in the suite did not lock.

Posizione ottima, con posto auto coperto. Appartamento molto bello e spazioso, ben arredato, bel terrazzo dove è possibile rilassarsi e mangiare. Entrambi i bagni purtroppo non hanno le finestre. Per soggiorni inferiori a 7 notti, è disponibile un solo set di asciugamani a persona, mentre asciugamani extra hanno il costo di 10 euro.

The apartment is big with a huge plus for the parking spot available anytime. There’s good Wi-Fi and quality TV and all kitchenware and bathroom supplies are included as well. Sea views are awesome and the logistics process works well. The main door makes noises like if you are entering in a dungeon. Some towels were stained yellow and bathroom tiles cracked.

Alt i alt en veldig god opplevelse. Fin leilighet i gode omgivelser. Det var veldig god utsikt til vannet og praktisk avstand til alt. Der vi ikke kunne gå kunne vi busse. Det sto feil adresse i annonsen, noe som resulterte i kommunikasjonsproblemer med en taxi ved et tilfelle. I tillegg hadde vi en støvsuger i leiligheten som ikke fungerte, og det tok litt under to dager før vi fikk en som fungerte. Ved innsjekking hadde vi heller ikke fått beskjed om hvordan vi skulle komme oss inn i leiligheten, men dette burde vi spurt om selv også så det er ikke bare leietageren sin feil. Vannet i dusjene måtte renne i noen minutter før det ble varmt, men de var gode når det først ble varmt. Ellers var opplevelsen veldig god, med et veldig bra kjøkken og stort og billig supermarked rett ved. Vi reiste utenfor sesong og betalte ikke mye per natt, så det var verdt hver krone. Stort sett veldig enkelt å kommunisere med dem, og hele reisefølget vil anbefale denne leiligheten til andre.

Przestrzenny ,dobrze wyposażony, piękny widok na ocean lokalizacja świetna, sklep spożywczy na przeciwko, liczne restauracje, kawiarnie, postój taksówek i przystanek aerobusa 2 kroki. Polecam Jedna z łazienek bardzo mały prysznic .Problem z uregulowaniem zarówno ciśnienia wody jak i temperatury.

An island apart is a fantastic place to stay in Funchal , I would highly recommend it . Beatrice was fantastic and helped us . Only negative was they could have better cookware as there were hardly any spatulas , but that didn’t make any difference to our stay . I would stay here again when I visit Funchal again

Very nice property with beautiful view. We could easily walk to some really good dining places. And one snacks and cocktail bar we really loved was right downstairs on the other side of building. Safe parking garage was a big bonus. One thing to mention is that it’s near a street, so if you’re a light sleeper, bring your earplugs ;)

We loved the view from the balcony, where we spent much of our time. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable with masses of storage. The kitchen was very well equipped. The living space was a lovely size and accommodated 4 people comfortably. The only minor things were that the road outside the apartment although not too busy was noisy so couldn't sleep with windows open and although fans are provided, air conditioning would be a real asset. We also couldn't get any channels on the TV and no instructions were provided. Overall a wonderful stay on a beautiful island.

Lovely apartment, the location was great as a supermarket was opposite, bus stop outside and it was near to restaurants. It’s about a 40 min flat walk into the centre. The balcony was great with an amazing view, however an umbrella would have been good as it was hot there. The bedrooms were warm and although they provided tower fans it was still hot when sleeping.

This apartment was beautiful the patio and floor to ceiling opening windows was so relaxing and quaint. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious and the private parking garage was such a great bonus. Close to all beaches to walk to as well and across the street from a shopping mall and grocery store.
there were a few snags however. The addresses provided both on bnb and their “an island” website was incorrect so it made finding the place impossible. Once we got in touch with the foreman we figured out the issue. The fridge is falling apart but was still usable. Since we were the first staying there I’m sure it will all be adjusted and taken care of for the next guest.

Zentrale Lage in Funchal zum Einkaufen, Meer und innenstadt. Mietwagenfirma im selben Haus sehr empfehlenswert. Parkdeck welches auf Airbnb Bildern nicht zu sehen ist, welches die Sicht auf das Meer etwas beeindrechtigt. Ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau.
Sonst alles sehr sauber, schöne Einrichtung und gute Ausstattung
