For those looking for an option that combines comfort with the convenience of being five minutes' walk from the centre of Funchal, Comboio I is the flat to choose. This practical one-bedroom apartment, with capacity for four people, offers you the privacy and tranquillity you'll want for your holidays.
The space wins points for its generous areas and natural light. The flat has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a beautiful living room with a sofa, which converts into a fantastic bed for two people.
This stunning flat is inserted in a luxury condominium, with access to the condominium pool, parking and possibility to do gym right at the doorstep!
This flat is equipped with a tablet, with internet access, where you can see all the useful information about the property and activities on Madeira Island.
With a maximum capacity for four people, the accommodation is fully equipped with all amenities.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD AND SURROUNDINGS
Comboio I is one of Living Funchal's flats, a luxury condominium five minutes walk from downtown Funchal. The surrounding area is all residential, which gives greater privacy to the condominium itself.
Most shops, shopping centres and supermarkets are within a ten minute walk.
This flat is fifteen minutes away from the Lavradores Market, the Old Town of Funchal and the Cathedral. From here you can explore on foot the various sights of our beautiful city (e.g. Cable Car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc.)
TRANSPORT
For departures and arrivals from the airport, there is an aerobus stop about 20 minutes from the house, although the best option to reach the flat will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It's cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport!

Guests have access to all areas of the flat.

OTHER REMARKS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid identification document (e.g. passport, identity card).
- Check-in must be booked in advance. If not booked within a maximum of 48 hours, guests will be subject to our staff's availability.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also place a cot, high chair and baby bath if required. There is first aid kit, fire extinguishers and fire blanket in all properties.

Honestly, the comment about the location, about the elevator and about the car parking don't make any sense. The guest has the right/exact location in his guest area.. one of the lifts was working (yes, the building has 2 lifts) and the car parking remote control is inside the flat. So, the guest should park the car in free parking nearby, enter at the property, take the remote control and can go inside to the car parking and can use the lift that was working.
