Modern style studio apartment with balcony and terrace. Located in the Funchal’s tourist area, close to restaurants, supermarkets and shopping centres. Ideal for a city holiday near the beach and several tourist attractions.
Modern studio apartment, with maximum capacity for 4 people, located in one of the most touristic hubs of Funchal, a few minutes walk from the beaches of the entire coastal area of the city.
This property, situated on the 1st floor of a building with lift, has a nice balcony and a spacious terrace with good sun exposure and comfortable outdoor furniture.
This apartment is equipped with air conditioning. The living room is divided in two areas, a living area, with sofa bed, cable TV and a small dining area, and also a sleeping area, with a double bed. The bathroom is common to all areas and is equipped with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary amenities to enjoy a good stay.
Wi-Fi is available in all areas.
AREA
The property is located in the one of the most tourist areas of the city. It is a few minutes walk from gardens, beaches and several services such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, hairdressers, CTT and shopping centres. For beach lovers, there are different free and paid options very close to the property.
If you choose to explore the city centre, there is plenty of information about activities and tourist attractions to visit, both in Funchal and in the various places of Madeira Island.
GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.
INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.
OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

We want you to feel at home. We do not ask for more than respect for neighbours and care for the property, in addition to not smoking inside the house.

Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. If the reservation is made less than 14 days before check-in, the cancellation is free up to 48 hours after the reservation, up to a maximum of 5 days before check-in.
After that, guests may cancel up to 5 days prior to check-in and receive a refund of the price per night and the cleaning fee, but not of the service fee.

Hi, Firstly, we would like to appreciate the comment. It's really important to us improve everyday with the guests feedback. About this guest situation, it was really embarrassing to knew that this guest didn't communicate with us clearly enough before leaving the apartment. They simply left the apartment without telling us beforehand and without trying to solve the problem for us. We should point out that in the advert pictures, the guest can see that they are surrounded by several facilities including restaurants. The guest blame us for the noise and loud music coming from a restaurant over which we have no control or responsibility. We tried to advise the guests after they leaving to rent something out of the city because there's no noise and it's more calm.. and the guests never gave us (the hosts) a chance to solve their problems. I would like to take this opportunity to clarify that the description of the apartment in the advert mention in which area guests are booking the flat and that there are several restaurants around. We're considering that this guest review don't make sense and it's totally unfair because we never received, until now, any complaint about this kind of situation that the guest mentioned.
