This property has three bedrooms, with balcony, one of them with private bathroom equipped with bathtub. The large living room offers a comfortable area and access to a nice balcony with a superb sea view, where you can enjoy a coffee and relax in the good weather that is felt in this location. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a pleasant dining area.
This apartment is inserted in a private condominium and offers access to the garden, the playground and the swimming pool.

AREA
This property is located in the Calheta area of Madeira Island, just a few minutes from MUDAS - Madeira Museum of Contemporary Art. Near this property you will find restaurants with typical Madeiran gastronomy, the Engenho da Calheta, bars, a supermarket and beaches.
If you choose to go to the Funchal city, take the opportunity to explore the city and look for more information about all kinds of activities you can do during your vacation: cultural activities, radical activities, activities connected to nature... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island!
GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.
INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer any questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.
OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
RULES
We want you to feel at home. We do not ask for more than respect for neighbours and care for the property, in addition to not smoking inside the house.
ATTENTION
-Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Calheta. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
-No pets allowed. Please don’t feed wild or domestic animals.
-No parties allowed.

Cancelation policy
Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. If the reservation is made less than 14 days before check-in, the cancellation is free up to 48 hours after the reservation, up to a maximum of 5 days before check-in.
After that, guests may cancel up to 5 days prior to check-in and receive a refund of the price per night and the cleaning fee, but not of the service fee.

À vite améliorer:
- lave vaisselle en panne et pas réparé du séjour !!! Aucune solution de remplacement envisagée ou aide efficace apportée sur le souci rencontré.
- eau chaude seulement par intermittence (très compliqué de se doucher d’un seul trait)
- pas de table sur le balcon pour prendre les repas alors que l’appartement est loué pour une « vue mer » !!! Aberrant !
- très peu de couverts à disposition alors que l’appartement peu coucher 6 personnes !
- pas de grille pain (c’est plutôt basique pour une location ! )
- la lumière de plafonnier de l’appartement: en panne tout comme la TV qui très souvent « perd ses couleurs » sans raison.
- les couettes sont des couettes d’hiver alors qu’il fait 28 la nuit dans les chambres

- emplacements privatifs pour se garer dans garage privé sur places réservées
- vue mer
- espace agréable de l’appartement (grand)
- 2 salle de bain bien pratiques !

Il est grand, traversant, bien équipé et très propre.
Bien situé sur l'île, à proximité de belles randonnées et des plages de Calheta.
Un café / restaurant à côté, très accueillants (et de super petits déjeuners).
Les draps et serviettes ont été changés au courts du séjours.
