Vacation home, located on the North Coast of Madeira Island, by the sea, one minute walk from the natural sandy beach of Seixal, with stunning mountain and sea views. Accommodation with two bedrooms, ideal for a vacation for 4 in the Pearl of the Atlantic.
This 2 bedroom accommodation with a clean and modern decor is ideal for small families who want to enjoy a few days of vacation in Madeira. On the first floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, along with a dining area. There is also a functional and practical storage area and a guest toilet.
Going up to the second floor, there is a spacious living room, where you can relax and unwind. In addition, the living room offers access to a large balcony, with a panoramic view from the sea to the mountain.
On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, both equipped with comfortable double beds and built-in closets, offering plenty of storage space. Electric windows ensure a bright and airy environment at all times. In addition, there is a full bathroom with shower.
This house is a 1-minute walk from Seixal's sandy beach and offers all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay.

AREA
Seixal is a quiet and picturesque town located on the North Coast of Madeira Island. It is surrounded by stunning nature which makes it a popular destination for nature and extreme sports lovers. It is also known for its black sand beach, for cannyoning and stand up paddle.
Seixal is close to other places worth visiting. Porto Moniz is about a 20-minute drive from Seixal and is known for its natural pools, making it a great place to spend a relaxing day. To the opposite side is São Vicente, a place known for its volcanic caves, which tell the historical and geological origin of the island.
This property is about 60 minutes away from the airport and 40 minutes away from Funchal.
If you choose to go to the city center, take the opportunity to explore the city and look for more information about all kinds of activities you can do during your vacation: cultural activities, extreme activities, nature activities... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island!
GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.
INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.
OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. If the reservation is made less than 14 days before check-in, the cancellation is free up to 48 hours after the reservation, up to a maximum of 5 days before check-in.
After that, guests may cancel up to 5 days prior to check-in and receive a refund of the price per night and the cleaning fee, but not of the service fee.

Tagsüber ist es natürlich mit dem Strand etwas mehr Trubel los, am Abend und am Morgen ist es dafür umso ruhiger. Ein kleiner Super-Mercado ist fußläufig (über einige Treppen) im Ort erreichbar. Restaurants oder Abendaktivitäten gibt es in Seixal kaum, so dass es Abends tatsächlich sehr ruhig ist und man den herrlichen Ausblick, das Rauschen des Meeres und die Stille genießen kann. (...oder auch Fotoshootings für Insta beobachten kann)
Tagsüber mal eben runter zum Strand und in die Wellen werfen ist herrlich. Können die Wohnung nach schönen Tagen in Seixal gerne weiterempfehlen.

We didn’t feel so comfortable leaving the downstairs wooden doors open as all the beach tourists walked passed the door and kept looking into o the house which ended up being a bit annoying so don’t more time upstairs and not in the kitchen. It was cosy though- albeit a bit damp /musty smelling. Maybe the smell is to be expected so close to the sea.

Le lavabo de la salle de bain des chambres dis fonctionnait ce qui a rendu compliqué les toilettes quotidiennes (celui du rdc avait des lumières qui ne marchaient pas …) . Literie très dure mais après c’est une question de goût !

A few issues with the home though that need to be addressed.
The mattresses were the worst we've ever slept on in a rental, rock hard and could feel the springs. We stayed for a full week, a few nights would have been manageable but we actually dreaded bedtime.
The lighting was odd. There is no proper lighting over the mirrors in the washrooms. The lighting in the bedroom is also broken so nothing worked, black. Host knew about it but told us to move in lamps from elsewhere in the home.
This home is in desperate need of dehumidifiers for each floor. Our towels didn't dry the whole time we were there.
If safety is top of your list this place may make you uncomfortable. There are no windows in the top floor, bedrooms only have a small skylight. The only exits incase of fire or emergency is bottom and middle floor.

A 8 minutes à pieds il y a un petit magasin, et au bout de la rue près de la mer il y a un endroit où l’on peut voir un verre et éventuellement manger un petit quelque chose.

Il faut toutefois s’attendre à beaucoup de vis à vis avec les nombreux touristes qui viennent pour la plage et la piscine naturelles et qui ont une vue directe sur la terrasse et le logement. Le parking est compliqué sur les horaires en journée avec le monde mais aisé avant 10h et après 19h.
Les équipements sont bien et la cuisine complète.

The house is modern and equipped of everything we needed. A pleasant surprise with the temperature around 33 degrees was the airconditioning in both bedrooms. Some aspects of the house need maintenance (e.g. several defect lights, extractor hood in the kitchen not working, terrace door lock not working properly). This was somewhat surprising to us, considering the overall modern and fresh impression of the house and the relatively high price.
Altogether, the outstanding location and view makes it still a five star experience.

The location is amazing, beautiful view of the ocean and cliffs. I really liked being able to hear the waves at night. The house is big and well equipped, we were only 2 but it could fit 5 easily.
The problem is it really needs some upgrades, there were many broken things, rust in some places and other things that were useable but deteriorated.
The terrace does not offer any privacy. From sunrise to sunset there are lots of people on the beach and everyone who passes by can look directly at you(many people do). At night it’s peaceful and quite. There are many things that could be done to improve the privacy(plants, large sun shades).
I don’t want to discourage people on booking because the location is truely unique but set you expectacions related to the state of the house, we were disappointed since it was pretty expensive for 2.

Die wunderschöne Terrasse hat einen fantastischen Ausblick auf das Meer, die Berge den Himmel, die Straße und die Massen von Menschen und Autos, die permanent hin und her Laufen und Fahren. Entsprechend ist die Privatsphäre tagsüber auf der Terrasse nicht gegeben.
Die beste Zeit ist abends, ab ca. 19:00, wenn die Menschen wegziehen und die Ruhe einkehrt.
Das Haus selbst ist OK, hat alles da was man braucht. Aber Die Matratzen müssen ausgetauscht werden. Sind hart wie der Steinboden. Ich verbringe ca. 150 Tage im Jahr in Hotels, so harte Matratzen habe ich bis jetzt nirgendwo getroffen. Die Agentur bzw. Verwalter.
Machen ihren Job professionell, sind hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Extra Dank an die Linda!

le matin et le soir, on a la plage pour nous tous seuls
1 supererette et 1 bon restaurant à proximité
intérieur très moderne
possibilité de se garer tôt le matin ou après 19h quand la majorité des gens ont quitté la plage
intérieur moderne mais quelques dysfonctionnements dont la climatisation en panne
Linda a toujours été très réactive pour régler les petits problèmes.
