Situé dans une rue résidentielle calme de Garajau, cet appartement est idéal pour se détendre avec un beau jardin et une vue sur la mer. Il se trouve à environ 10 minutes en voiture du centre de Funchal et il est également bien situé pour visiter d'autres parties de l'île.
Cet appartement est situé à Garajau, à 10 minutes en voiture du centre de Funchal et peut accueillir 4 personnes. Il dispose de 2 chambres, l'une avec un lit double et l'autre avec 2 lits simples. Il dispose d'une salle de bains et d'un jardin avec des chaises hamac pour se détendre au soleil. L'appartement est grand et entièrement équipé de tout le confort : lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, lave-linge, télévision, Internet sans fil gratuit et une place de parking gratuite.
VUE D'ENSEMBLE DU QUARTIER
Louer une voiture à l'aéroport est probablement la meilleure option pour profiter de la liberté de découvrir l'île par soi-même et de rentrer dans un appartement tranquille avec un jardin privé à la fin de la journée. Se détendre à Garajau en se promenant dans ses rues résidentielles, aller à la plage ou lire un livre dans son jardin privé sont aussi quelques-uns des privilèges que l'on peut tirer d'un séjour dans cette région. Un endroit paisible.

Wir waren mit unserer Tochter (1,5 Jahre) zu dritt für sechs Nächte in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Alles sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, schöner, komplett ummauerter Garten mit schönen Pflanzen und gemütlich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war top, alle Fragen wurden beantwortet und es wurde sogar abends noch ein Babybett vorbei gebracht und aufgebaut, da ich dieses versehentlich bei der Buchung nicht extra mit bestellt hatte. Einzige Kleinigkeiten, die uns auffielen, aber nicht groß störten: es fehlten scharfe und große Messer, der Wasserhahn im Bad war locker und die Ablage für Shampoos in der Dusche kaputt. Und es war sehr hellhörig, man konnte die Nachbarn hören beim laufen und reden (aber sie uns dann wahrscheinlich auch..). Aber da kann der Gastgeber nichts für und es war nicht so schlimm für ein paar Tage. Ansonsten super schön, gerade für mehrere Personen schön groß!

Lots of things broken (stove top, shower head, towel rack). Old carpets and sofa. The smoke alarm went off at 6:30am for some malfunction. The place is tired and needs some maintenance and general refresh. Would not recommend.

We loved the accommodation and the beautiful views with surrounding areas.
The walk up to the main road where there were shops and a bus route was quite demanding but fun too! We took our time.
The accommodation was quite well equipped and very clean. We had enjoyment cooking whilst enjoying the local wine but equally we loved the bus journey into Funchal where we saw the sites as well as eating with the locals etc. We sat out overlooking the marina in the sunshine as well as taking a full day tour to the west of the island.
Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the birds and the local dogs who barked off and on sometimes in unison! We are great pet lovers and were not phased by the dogs and certainly they were definitely not an annoyance.
The only minor point was the fact that we did not receive the check in code for the building/apartment and had to send messages once we had arrived from the airport. This was a definite oversight. But it did not impact on our holiday.

Unser Aufenthalt auf Madeira war einfach fantastisch! Die Wohnung war super sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist ideal und sehr gut erreichbar mit dem Auto. Ein Parkplatz war ebenfalls vorhanden, was uns die Anreise sehr erleichtert hat. Besonders die schöne Terrasse hat uns begeistert – perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag.

Very nice flat. Lots of space, outdoor seating area, nice rooms and well decorated.

Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz für 5 Personen. Die Betten sind bequem. Für Ausflüge nach Funchal und in den Inselosten ist die Lage sehr gut. In ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist man im Ortskern mit verschieden Geschäften, Cafes und Restaurants.

Das Appartement war schön eingerichtet in einer tollen Lage. Die Cristo Rei Statue ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt mit einer Bar an der Bergstation. Mit der Gondel runter gefahren hat man die Möglichkeit das Meer zu genießen. Ich fand die Wohnung gut ausgestattet und sauber.

Гарні апартаменти в чудовому місті, з вікна було б видно статую Христа, але там виросло велике дерево. Це нічого не зіпсувало насправді. Гарна тераса на вулиці, багато квітів та дерев, дітям було де гратися, хоча і в самому будинку затишно.
Апартаменти знаходяться на другому поверсі, в критому паркінгу на 1 поверсі виокремленн спеціальне місце для мешканців цих апартаментів.
Дуже сподобалася дальня кімната, що стала нашою спальнею, у дітей вийшло у кожного по своїй окремій кімнаті, вони були в захваті. 3 повноцінні спальні, але тільки 1 санвузол. На кухні є все необхідне для повноцінного життя. Наявність посудомийної та пральної машин - це великий плюс. Навіть вся необхідна хімія є а наявності. Так само здивувала кавомашина для фільтр-кави, фільтри та кава до неї. Супер.
Трошки було холодно, хоч і були каміни, вони могли опалити тільки 2 кімнати. Частково було б непогано зробити більш свіжий ремонт.

FUYEZ cette location et même ce loueur sur madère. Beaucoup d’équipements HS évier bouché, machine à laver qui fuit, grill pain hs, wifi très médiocre, bac à douche qui fuit entre la paroi et le bac, odeur très forte d’humidité, traces de salpêtre un peu partout sur les murs et plafonds de l’appartement, dont une des 3 chambres est inutilisable.

The location is very good and the appartment is big, however it needs some work. There was mold all over the ceiling in master bedroom and we could smell it in appartment, which has some general humid issues and needs to be addressed..

Pobyt był dobry. Jedyny mankament to to, ze mieszkanie było jakiś czas temu zalane i nie zostało to naprawione w związku z czym unosił się dziwny zapach, po wywietrzeniu było lepiej. Mieszkanie czyste, przestronne, w bardzo ładnej okolicy i wszędzie blisko. Bardzo fajny ogród / balkon, prywatność.

To była super lokalizacja! Mogliśmy przejść krótkim spacerem do Cristo Rei i paru świetnych restauracji.
Na podwórku były pięknie kwitnące rośliny. Prywatny ogród z tarasem i miejsce parkingowe były dużymi plusami. Dodatkowo miejsce było przestronne. Gdzieś obok mieszka bardzo miły pan sąsiad, który pomógł nam w potrzebie :)
Na minus niestety duża ilość komarów w tej lokalizacji (listopad) - pewnie ze względu na bliskość oceanu.

Bardzo dobra, spokojna lokalizacja. Do kolejki kablowej na plażę i pomnika Chrystusa Króla - 8 min pieszo. Blisko sklepy i dobre restauracje. Piekny widok na ocean. Mieszkanie jest dobrym punktem wypadowym do zwiedzania atrakcji we wschodniej centralnej części wyspy. Pomocni gospodarze. Trzeba się przygotować na komary :)

Przepiękny ogród, super zagospodarowana przestrzeń w domu. Udogodnienia - zmywarka, suszarka, pralka, toster, mikrofala itp. Sprzątanie po tygodniu co podnosi komfort przebywania przy dłuższym pobycie. Parking w garażu. Zaciszna okolica, dobrze odpocząć po dziennych wycieczkach.
Dom wymagał przewietrzenia. Zła wentylacja powoduje powstawanie zacieków na ścianach (szczególnie w 1 sypialni). Brak moskitier a przy wietrzeniu pojawiało się dużo komarów. Dom i miejsce przepiękne, wymagające lekkiego odświeżenia.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The beach was a few minutes away and Funchal 15 minutes away by car. The house was clean and we loved the garden part. We definitely recommend this place.

A casa é muito espaçosa e bem localizada (entre o Funchal e o aeroporto - 15min aproximadamente de carro) numa rua tranquila sem barulho, muito perto do miradouro do Cristo Rei e a uns 20 minutos a pé da praia do Garajau. Também tem hipermercados próximos. Tem um jardim agradável para tomar o pequeno almoço com vista. Casa equipada, tudo funcional com vários utensílios. Camas confortáveis. Com acesso à garagem.
Só existe uma casa de banho para 5 pessoas mas não tem chave na porta.

Very nice location, you can go an swim on the ocean just about 20 min walk, or 10 if you lazy and use gondola (4 euro both way), not far from the biggest city on the island, 10-15 euro taxi from home. Regarding the place, was nice, some parts of it need a bit of renovation but overall very good. If are 5 guests, very good choice.

The appartement is very cozy and spacious. There is everything you need included a washing mashine (there was disrty water in it when we opened it, but we washed it empty and problem was solved). The wiew is spectacular and our kids enjoyed the patio (entrance from each room). The only issue we found was the mould in one of the bedroom. Overall it is a very nice flat.

Good accommodation. Very good accommodation for a very reasonable price. No luxury, but everything you need is there. Access to the garden or balcony from almost every room. At the end of the street it is very good to watch the sunrise. Sunrise in Madeira happens at a very comfortable time - around 8 o'clock in the morning, at the end of the street it is very easy to admire it.
At your disposal is a fairly spacious apartment on the ground floor and a garage. Unfortunately, the partitions in the house are thin, so you can hear the neighbors. Cleaning was done 5 times in 28 days (the first time was a mistake - it happened 2 days after we checked in). Twice was perfect cleaning, the rest - acceptable. The Internet, mobile communications are the weak link. Only in the living room was the signal strong enough. Television is great - lots of cable channels.

The House is spacious and has a lovely balcony, great for 4/5 people. However it felt that the house was not open for a while which was bad for allergies. It’s super close to Cristo Rei and the view is great though.

Die Lage ist prima. Alles was man braucht, ist in der Nähe. Der Blick von der Terrasse Richtung Meer ist großartig. Der Garten macht es mit allem was da blüht richtig schön. Mir war gar nicht klar, dass sich der Stellplatz für das Auto in der gut befahrbaren Garage der kleinen Wohnanlage befindet. Umso besser! Die geräumige Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet (Geschmackssache) und gut ausgestattet. Von hier aus ist man schnell in Funchal wohnt aber sehr ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war bestens. Ein- und Auschecken ging easy und kontaktlos. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!! Gerne wieder!!

A great place! Nice location close to Cristo Rei (google it) where you have even a cafe which opened till midnight with a great view! There is a private garage for your car (inside), and the kitchen is FULLY equipped. When I say FULLY, it means FUUULLLLYY! A toaster, a barbeque set (full set), a coffee machine (filter but not bad), plates, cups, knifes, forks, glasses, everything for 4 ppl which enough to not wash the dishes manually but use a dishwasher. The space is big, you have a PRIVATE space outside where you can get sun bath, barbeque or yoga. A beautiful view from the balcony, chairs and light there. A very good place to stay.

thank you for the best local Madeiran experience. the views from the flat were lovely, although a bit cold at night without heating, there were plenty of blankets to cozy up with. limited toilet paper and hot water but clean and spacious flat. well equipped kitchen, despite the leaky french press, it was great to cook breakfast and not worry about cleanup with the dishwasher. beautiful garden perfect for sunbathing and relaxing with a book.

Lovely stay in this large spacious flat! Highly recommend if you’d like to stay in a local village, amazing sea and Cristo Rio views from the balcony, and a large garden perfect for sunbathing! And the hosts kindly booked us a taxi to/from the airport. Locals are very friendly, and about 10 min 140+ stairs uphill walk into the town center with restaurants and car rental places.

Das Apartment ist groß und geräumig, die Ausstattung jedoch insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen und an einigen Stellen auch unvollständig ( keine Liegen für den Garten, die Stühle sämtlichest ohne Auflagen).Die Bettwäsche war sehr sauber und das Bad ordentlich gereinigt.
Gut war der Stellplatz fürs Auto in der Garage und die ruhige Lage in einer reinen Wohngegend.
Die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können, die Kissen auf der Couch waren speckig; der Boden nicht wirklich sauber. Die Küche war nicht wirklich sauber, der Geschirrspüler hat nicht richtig funktioniert, wir mussten ausräumen und per Hand abwaschen.
Gut war der Stellplatz fürs Auto in der Garage und die ruhige Lage in einer reinen Wohngegend.
Die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können, die Kissen auf der Couch waren speckig; der Boden nicht wirklich sauber. Die Küche war nicht wirklich sauber, der Geschirrspüler hat nicht richtig funktioniert, wir mussten ausräumen und per Hand abwaschen.

Die beschriebene, hochgelobte Renovierung umfasst nur das bezogene Stockwerk. Die Kakerlaken und der Schimmel kommen aber von oben in die Wohnung. Diese gehörte dem Anbieter nicht und oblag nicht deren Kontrolle.
Nach 5 schlaflosen Nächten dann ein Umzug. Kostete uns viel Urlaubszeit. Der Kontakt war äußerst zäh und ohne Verständnis. Das Prozedere nahm die komplette erste Hälfte des Urlaubs ein. Unsere Zeit in Madeira war absolut ruiniert.
Im Nachgang reagieren Sie mit Aggressivität auf Bewertungen und unterstellen Lügen.

Die beschriebene, hochgelobte Renovierung umfasst nur das bezogene Stockwerk. Die Kakerlaken und der Schimmel kommen aber von oben in die Wohnung. Diese gehörte dem Anbieter nicht und oblag nicht deren Kontrolle.
Nach 5 schlaflosen Nächten dann ein Umzug. Kostete uns viel Urlaubszeit. Der Kontakt war äußerst zäh und ohne Verständnis. Das Prozedere nahm die komplette erste Hälfte des Urlaubs ein. Unsere Zeit in Madeira war absolut ruiniert.
Im Nachgang reagieren Sie mit Aggressivität auf Bewertungen und unterstellen Lügen.

Casa muito agradável, com muito espaço exterior. A localização é óptima, perto da VR1 que da acesso a toda a ilha. Tem supermercados e cafés perto (recomendo ter carro, é tudo a subir e bem inclinado, mas é assim em toda a ilha). Têm uma praia perto, dá para ir a pé, mas é melhor levar o carro também. O Cristo Rei também fica perto e tem uma vista linda, e conseguem ver da varanda da sala. Ponto negativo: o sinal do Wi-Fi é muito fraco, e a velocidade da net é pouca para os dias de hoje. Somos uma família de 4, e quando estavam os 4 smartphones ligados, havia sempre quem ficasse sem net. Outro ponto negativo é que não há sinal de rede de telemóvel dentro de casa, apenas na varanda (e na rua se descer mas muito fraco). Mas tudo o resto da casa compensa o negativo! Recomendo para quem quiser ter um espaço tranquilo, para estar em família é o melhor. A zona do apartamento é super calma. Os vizinhos também são simpáticos!

This is a really nice place for a group up to 5. While the location is pretty far from interesting spots, the garden and view from the living room make up for it. The apartment was clean and decorated nicely. Note that it can get stuffy (especially the small room which we didn't use was quite smelly).
The place has really all the amenities you could possibly need (though some of it is quite old). The parking spot in the garage is really handy but isn't marked in any way. The wi-fi unfortunately covers only the living room.
Beside these few inconveniences we had a great time there. Recommended.

W apartamencie spędziliśmy najlepszy wyjazd w życiu, który pozwolił uciec od kolejnych fal COVID w Polsce. Piękne mieszkanie, piękny ogród. Piękne widoki z okna. Piękna okolica. Świetne miejsce, żeby wyrwać się z szarej, zimowej Polski. Bardzo wygodne dla rodzin z dziećmi!!!

Bardzo duży apartament ze świetnym widokiem i ogrodem. Parking podziemny. Dobre Wi-Fi. Check-in i check-out niezmiernie łatwy. Super lokalizacja - blisko do Funchal, blisko na lotnisko i na plaże w Machico. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem.

Die Unterkunft war traumhaft schön, genau so wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Alles super sauber, Vollausstattung, auch in der Küche. Auch die Lage fand ich super, da es nicht unbedingt Zentral ist sondern ruhig gelegen. Die Tiefgarage kann auch mit-genutzt werden. Auch die Aussicht ist von der Terrasse einfach nur schön und man wird jeden Tag von der Sonne geküsst. Ein wunderschöner Strand ist auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen, den sie erfüllt alle Erwartungen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Spacious well-appointed apartment with generous garden in a quiet area. Good view of the sea and the Cristo Rei statue.
Walking distance (up quite a steep hill - it is Madeira) to local supermarkets and several restaurants. Close to VR1 and a good large supermarket (Pingo Doce at Cancela).
Management company are very helpful. The parking space is in a ground level garage under the apartment. You have to go up a flight of stairs from the front entrance.
Only negative is that the Wi-Fi isn't very strong so it doesn't work in the bedrooms.

Wir hatten tolle 2 Wochen auf Madeira und haben in dieser Unterkunft gewohnt. Die Einrichtung war wie auf den Bildern. Nicht unser Geschmack, aber für einen Urlaub völlig ok. Schön ist die Terrasse mit den Blumen und Pflanzen und der Blick auf das Meer. Unsere Tochter (17 Monate alt) freute sich jeden Morgen darüber. Die Plastik Stühle mit dem Tisch wurden mittlerweile ausgetauscht gegen schöne Holz Möbel. Es wurde immer schnell auf Fragen von uns geantwortet. Es war leider immer sehr kalt in der Wohnung, da keine festen Heizungen vorhanden waren und wir nur 2 Heizstrahler gleichzeitig benutzen konnten, da sonst die Sicherung rausflog.

We have a perfect holiday. Madeira was very beautiful. We make a lot of walking 🚶 trails.
The appartment was also very nice. The rooms are big and the garden have a nice view on the ocean. We used every the garage for the car.

Voor een vakantie op Madeira is het appartement van Andre een hele goede vertrekplek. Het appartement is gunstig gelegen in het midden van het eiland in een rustige buurt. Een auto is noodzakelijk om Madeira te leren kennen. Het appartement heeft een goede parkeerplek in de centrale parkeergarage onder het appartement.
De indeling van het appartement is prettig, het heeft een ruime keuken 2 prima slaapkamers, een woonkamer en een goede tuin en balkon.

Große, geräumige Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht. Aufgrund der Feuchtigkeit der Insel etwas muffig: wir hatten immer alle Fenster offen - im Sommer sollte das allerdings kein Problem sein. Die Kommunikation lief hervorragend. Vielen Dank.

Enjoyed our stay at Garajau 2. Information given was very accurate, the apartment was very comfortable with a super view down to the coast. We had a rental car and would say that was essential to fully appreciate the amazing and varied landscapes of Madeira. An unexpected bonus was the secure parking under the apartment.

We had a wonderful time in Andre's place. The apartment is exactly as on the pictures, spacious and surrounded by a nice garden. There is also a bbq and plenty of space around the house to use it. We were waking up every morning with the sun shining through the window and then chilling on the private terrace with the sea view. Very peaceful and quiet. Conveniently located between Funchal and the airport. Cafes, small supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to a cable car that takes you down to a nice beach.

Very nice apartment with garden in quiet place and with amazing view. Parking is on the ground floor. Comfortable bed and we slept well there. But if dog's barking and postman's motorcycle at 6 am bother you, bring earplugs.

Lovely apartment in beautiful location although you definitely need a car. Filipa was really helpful and very friendly. I would love to come again but not at that time of year. We were FREEZING in the evening and there was no heater which I think is a real necessity. Also TV is only in Portuguese - fine if like us you speak Portuguese, but very difficult if you don't.
