Le quartier de Garajau est connu pour son calme et sa proximité avec la mer. Situé entre la ville de Funchal et l'aéroport, il dispose de plusieurs services et restaurants à proximité de la propriété.
Cet appartement a été entièrement rénové en 2020, mettant en valeur toute sa luminosité et son espace. Il offre deux chambres, l'une avec un lit double et une salle de bain privée, l'autre avec deux lits simples. En utilisant le canapé-lit dans le salon, l'appartement a une capacité maximale de 6 personnes.
Un autre point fort est le balcon qui vous permet de vous détendre et de profiter du soleil. L'appartement dispose d'une place dans le parc de l'immeuble que vous pouvez utiliser gratuitement.
AREA
Dans le quartier de Garajau, vous avez facilement accès à plusieurs restaurants, magasins et supermarchés. Vous trouverez également une plage à dix minutes de marche et un petit sentier pour vos promenades matinales, juste à côté du monument Cristo-Rei. Louer une voiture à l'aéroport peut être une bonne option pour découvrir l'île à votre rythme.
Vous pouvez également choisir de vous détendre à Garajau en vous promenant dans ses rues résidentielles, en allant à la plage ou en lisant un livre.

La meilleure option pour se rendre à l'appartement est le transfert. Demandez-nous d'en réserver un auprès de nos partenaires locaux. C'est moins cher que les taxis que vous trouverez à l'aéroport.
Si vous louez une voiture, n'importe quelle application de navigation peut facilement trouver l'adresse.
Il y a un arrêt de bus à 2 minutes à pied de l'appartement.

- Le nettoyage pendant le séjour est effectué chaque semaine, ainsi que le changement des vêtements, des serviettes et des consommables. Si vous souhaitez un nettoyage supplémentaire, le service sera facturé séparément à un prix abordable. Pour les séjours de moins de sept nuits, le nettoyage hebdomadaire ou le changement de vêtements et le remplacement des consommables ne seront pas effectués.

El apartamento es genial para disfrutar de unos dias en la isla y es la base perfecta para recorrerla en coche, además de que tienes tu propia plaza de garaje. Además la piscina es un lujo para relajarte después de jornadas de trekking y desayunar en su terraza mirando al mar es una maravilla.

lokalizacja apartamentu. Blisko lotniska, blisko wyjazdu na autostradę. Liczne sklepy, fajne restauracje, piekarnie. Piękny widok na ocean. Spokojna okolica. Zdecydowanie dla nas wygrywa z Funchal. Podstawowe wyposażenie. Zmywarka i bardzo dobre żelazko.
Apartament przestronny. Wygodne materace. Garaż co jest bardzo dużym atutem i basen.
Na minus do poprawienia:
Do wymiany sofa w salonie. Wyeksploatowana. Przy większej grupie ciężko byłoby komuś na niej spać.
Dla większej ilości osób za mały stolik na balkonie i za mało krzeseł.
Pralka słabo wiruje, co jest ważne kiedy słabo schnie pranie.
Apartament po części odswieżony. Przydałby sie lifting łazienek. Za mało szafek do układania ciuchów w sypialni.

Beim Check-In erwartet dich jemand und erklärt dir alles wo man parken kann, wo die Wohnung ist etc. Wir hatten etwas Schwierigkeiten mit der Ankunft bei der Wohnung, hier ist der Gastgeber immer problemlos eingegangen und war super freundlich. War echt super.

Everything about our stay was lovely, and the location is absolutely fantastic! I’m still giving a 5-star rating, though I did experience a couple of minor inconveniences. Communication could be a bit more streamlined, as I was contacted by different members of the team and asked for the same information more than once. Additionally, there’s an extra fee for check-ins after 11pm, which I hadn’t noticed mentioned at the time of booking. That said, Elias, who handled our check-in, was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place – just keep the above points in mind when planning your stay.

Ubytovanie bolo trošku menšie ako na fotkách ale bolo dostačujúce. Parkovanie v garáži , výťah ideál pre počasie na madeire . Jedine čo bolo nepríjemne bol zápach z kúpeľne , v kúpeľni nebol sprej čím by to bolo možné zlepšiť .kupelne by si zaslúžili trošku rekonštrukciu .

Good location, spacious apartment, good local amenities, parking space, close to Funchal. Plenty of appliances in the kitchen, tea, coffee. Nice view. Bed and bit on the firm side, shower cabin a bit tight, but there is a separate bathroom which was fine. Would stay again.

The location is very good, close to airport and Funchal plus the amenities were very close and the Ravioli restaurant is perfect! The host was quite responsive and the check in smooth. When it comes to the place its quite cheap so you get what you pay for. Both bathrooms need maintenance and the side room is much smaller than on the pictures plus the curtains were moldy. I think with a little bit of renovation this could be fantastic place to stay in!

I had an amazing stay at these apartments. The place was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The apartment had everything I needed, and the local infrastructure was easily accessible. But the highlight was definitely the view from the balcony—it was absolutely breathtaking!

We loved our stay. The apartment was just as described and well furnished and fitted. The pool was lovely and it was a great location for families. The underground parking was so handy too.

Die Schlüsselübergabe und auch die Betreuung durch "An Island Apart" war schnell, unkompliziert und freundlich. Auf jede Frage wurde schnell reagiert und wir wurden jedes Mal geholfen. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Tiefgarage war ein absolutes Plus, da wir mit einem Mietauto unterwegs waren. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die schöne Insel zu erkunden.

We spend week in this apartment. Apart from some small damages in apartment it was pleasure to be there. Location is great, view to Atlantic is amazing. Very comfortable good equipped ( oven, microwave, induction, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine etc). Very good check in. Parking place in underground parking - very useful in this area. Location is also great, shops, restaurants, cafe, bakery etc. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Garajau IV for two months, as we looked for an apartment to buy on Madeira. It's all about the view and this one has it. 180 degree views of the water, easy access to the bus, grocery stores, and restaurants, and very centrally located to access either direction on the island. We liked being in that area, rather than right in the hustle and bustle of Funchal. I highly recommend this apartment.

We were travelling around Madeira and this was our last stop so we chose a location near to the airport. There are plenty of cafes bars and two good but small supermarkets very close by, this was ideal for us as we did not have a car. The apartment was super clean and the hosts were easy to communicate with and very helpful, organised a taxi for us back to the airport. Just be aware that the noise of the road is quite load if you were to have the windows open, other than that it was a great location and perfect apartment.

The stay was pretty much cool and we liked the apartment a lot. It's located in a nice condo building with private access. Underground parking with an allocated slot was a major advantage. The hostess (or the lady who checked us in) was polite, helpful and very friendly. The apartment itself is very spacious, well-renovated and fully equipped. There was even a separate room with a washing machine and drying racks. The best part is probably the ocean view. All in all, highly recommended.
The only drawback I could remember was that the humidity in the apartment was quite high (not sure if it's the ventilation issue or the common local peculiarity).

Apartament jest przepiękny, dużo większy niż na zdjęciach. Wszystko co potrzebne jest na wyposażeniu - pralka, zmywarka, toster, ekspres do kawy itd. Apartament był sprzątany, ręczniki wymieniane, uważam, że cena do jakości jest rewelacyjna.
Jedyny minus to to, że apartament jest pomiędzy apartamentami mieszkańców. Słuchaliśmy cicho muzyki nad basenem i po chwili zostaliśmy poproszeni o wyłączenie muzyki, która jak już wspomniałam była ledwo słyszalna - rozumiem, że dzieci lub coś innego, ale bez przesady.
Jedyny minus to to, że apartament jest pomiędzy apartamentami mieszkańców. Słuchaliśmy cicho muzyki nad basenem i po chwili zostaliśmy poproszeni o wyłączenie muzyki, która jak już wspomniałam była ledwo słyszalna - rozumiem, że dzieci lub coś innego, ale bez przesady.

We had a wonderful time in this nicely decorated, spacious and clean apartment overlooking the pool and the sea. We were well received by a kind driver at the airport and once again by a very friendly host at the apartment. It made us feel welcome! All communication before and throughout our stay was clear.

Een fijn appartement wat van alle gemakken is voorzien om een fijne vakantie te beleven. De ligging is in een gezellige maar wel drukke straat, met leuke restaurantjes in de directe omgeving. Gerajau is een prima uitvalsbasis om de rest van het eiland te verkennen met de auto.

Reservei este alojamento principalmente para poder usufruir da vista e da varanda, o que acabou por ficar comprometido - fui informado que estavam andaimes na varanda do apartamento cerca de 1 hora antes do check in. As alternativas que me deram foi cancelar a reserva ou ir para outro alojamento pagando mais 500€. Acabei por conseguir resolver a situação após entrar em contacto diretamente com o Airbnb de forma mais justa e equilibrada.
De resto, o espaço é muito bom, muito bem equipado e confortável. O condomínio é tranquilo e cuidado.

Infelizmente apenas soubemos dos andaimes na varanda umas horas antes. Gostaríamos de pedir desculpa uma vez mais pelo sucedido.

Very nice apartment!
I can only recommend Caniço. The apartment is clean and the hosts are very friendly.
The streets get pretty busy in the morning already so bring earplugs if you wake up easily from traffic sounds. We used some and slept perfectly well.

The apartment in reality is bigger than it seems in the pictures. It's very nice, clean and well-equipped. The possibility of spending time in the swimming pool patio area is also a plus, especially with the curfew.

o apartamento e bom ,tem uma decoração agradável e tem uma piscina boa.
Ideal para casal com filhos grandes .
A entrega das chaves e feita de uma forma impessoal ,e deixada numa caixa com código ate ai tudo bem mas para quem chega a noite com crianças e quer descarregar as bagagens e não saber nem onde e a entrada da garagem nem qual o lugar e bastante desagradável. Não ter produtos de limpeza para poder limpar a mesa ou a placa do fogão ou ate mesmo lavar a louça a mão.Não ter toalhas de piscina suficientes para todos os hospedes como também não ter uma muda de lençóis caso aconteça um imprevisto .

Agence sérieuse. Par contre, nous avons du changer de logement une semaine avant notre arrivée dûe à la situation exceptionnelle de l'année 2020 et du COVID. L'appartement proposé en remplacement était très correct, propre mais trop bruyant pour nous !
