Construit en 1974 et rénové en 2020. Avec une belle terrasse, proche des services et à 10 minutes de Funchal.
Lorsque nous voyageons, nous recherchons généralement un logement bien situé, accessible, proche des restaurants et des plages, à un bon prix. Cette propriété offre un excellent compromis entre tous ces facteurs.
Construite dans les années 70, lorsque Garajau était beaucoup moins peuplée, l'architecture de la maison nous ramène à cette époque. La rénovation récente rendra votre séjour plus agréable.
Avec deux chambres, toutes deux avec un lit double, cette propriété a une capacité maximale de 4 personnes.
Profitez de la terrasse et du soleil sur le côté sud de notre île, allez sur l'une des plages voisines et vivez Garajau et Madère.
AREA
Dans le quartier de Garajau, vous accéderez facilement à plusieurs restaurants, magasins et supermarchés. Il y a également une plage à dix minutes de marche et un petit sentier pour vos promenades matinales, juste à côté du monument Cristo-Rei. Louer une voiture à l'aéroport peut être une bonne option pour découvrir l'île à votre rythme. Vous pouvez également choisir de vous détendre à Garajau en vous promenant dans ses rues résidentielles, en allant à la plage ou en lisant un livre. Ce ne sont là que quelques-uns des avantages d'un séjour dans cette région.
SE RENDRE DANS L'APPARTEMENT
La meilleure option pour se rendre à l'appartement est le transfert. Demandez-nous d'en réserver un auprès de nos partenaires locaux. Il est moins cher que les taxis que vous trouverez à l'aéroport.
Si vous louez une voiture, n'importe quelle application de navigation peut facilement trouver l'adresse.
Il y a un arrêt de bus à 2 minutes à pied de la maison.

AUTRES OBSERVATIONS

- Tous les draps et les serviettes sont fournis. Nous pouvons également fournir un lit pour bébé, une chaise haute et une baignoire pour bébé si nécessaire, mais vous devez en faire la demande. Il y a une trousse de premiers secours, des extincteurs et une couverture anti-feu dans la propriété.

Nous vous informons qu'une écotaxe touristique municipale sera facturée pour toute personne passant la nuit dans la municipalité de Santa Cruz.

Je leur ai signalé, on m'a répondu que l'île à un climat subtropical qu'ils ne peut rien faire. Je doute que les habitants de Madère cohabitent avec ces charmante bestioles dans la cuisine tous les matins.
Je vous confirme la nuisance sonore de la rue et du chantier en face ne nous permettant pas d'utiser la belle terrasse à bon escient, dommage on était en vacances.
Je terminerais sur la surface habitable annoncée de 120 m®, la réglementation à Madère semble différente soit 70 m® le logement et 50 m® de terrasse.
En bref très déçu, notre plus mauvaise location depuis plus de 10 ans !!!!

Zeer makkelijk, de sleutels zaten in een kluisje bij aankomst. Erg compleet huisje, fijn authentieke sfeer. Zeer makkelijk als uitvalsbasis om verschillende plekken te bezoeken en wandelingen te maken op het eiland. Een supermarkt op loopafstand en een fijn restaurant op loopafstand met authentieke keuken. Ook in de keuken was er van alles aanwezig, zout, peper, kruiden, thee en koffie. Zelfs een keukenrol.
Twee aparte dekbedden op het bed ipv 1 groot dekbed. :) En het was vrij fris in het huisje, wel waren er verschillende verwarmingen maar toen ik er eentje aan wilde doen sloegen de stoppen door. Toen heb ik het maar gelaten en wat extra lagen aangedaan. Was verder prima.

Upon arrival, I couldn't find the code for the lockbox but the team were super quick to answer the phone and provide the code, so 10/10 on that.
Overall, it was such a pleasant place to stay! With two large rooms, it was perfect for two couples and the living area was wonderful for nights of fun. We took our Nintendo Switch and played lots of games, with plenty of room for sports. The bathroom was lovely, we all adored the shower and we were all sad to not have the best weather to allow us to try the outdoor shower. However, the outside patio was perfect for the sunny mornings and for drying clothes.
You're on a fairly busy road, but none of the noises woke us up at any point so no issues there!
The town itself was lovely, with everything we needed. The local restaurants were ideal and the easy route to the main roads was perfect for all of our daytrips. We'd definitely recommend the restaurant 'Ferrugem', it's just down the road and the seafood was AMAZING.
The beds are a little hard, which my partner loved but I found a little harder to get used to. There was also a small (but amusing) occurrence on the first night when our friend tried to use one of the plug-in heaters, which tripped the fuse - however, there were blankets provided in the cupboard so only a minor thing (and still very funny at the time).

While no rental is perfect, this rental ticks all the boxes. Check in was seamless and communication with the management company was always easy. The apartment comes with a very well outfitted kitchen and is spacious with a great terrace. The location in Garajau has multiple restaurants and shopping within walking distance and is right by the highway for easy access to the rest of the island. We had a very pleasant 2 week stay and would gladly come back.

Stay was ok. we had lots of towels, a nice yard for hanging out. was near a small grocery store and restaurants
not extra comfy, not extra clean, odd kitchen layout, very loud street and sometimes neighbors also (running children). place was very chilly at night; we used the auxiliary heaters to keep us warm. unfortunately we encountered a problem with a broken water heater. we stayed there 6 nights, night 3 and 4 was a cold shower due to poor management of the situation by the owners. night 3, we wrote to them after the cold shower to let them know about the situation. day 4 they told us they didn't want to relocate us and sent people over while we were out to get the situation fixed (i did not like that). at 10 pm we still had no not water, had to take another cold shower. they offered a 10% and i re-asked them to be relocated. the next day they sent more people to re-fix the problem while we were out (didn't like that) and the problem ended up being resolved. after all this, no 10% discount was applied, and we still took 1/3 of our showers cold. in my opinion, i would've not allowed this situation to be in the way or my clients. i would've relocated them instantly and would've dealt with the water heater issue on my own.

I liked most about this place is the terrace with lounge chairs
I didn't like that there were a few cockroaches, likely coming in from outside. It was also very stuffy at night, and with the windows open, the noise from the road was loud all night

De locatie was uitnemend. Er was tevens een parkeerplaats voor het huisje gereserveerd voor de huurder.
Bakkerij, warenhuis en meerdere restaurants waren recht tegenover het huisje.
Het ruime terras was super welkom.
De afstand zowel naar de luchthaven als naar Funchal was in 10 minuten te overbruggen.
We konden geen minpunten vaststellen bij het pand.
zelfs voor wat betreft afval was ruimschoots in opvang voorzien.

Lokacija izjemna, še posebej kot izhodišče za vsakodnevne izlete. Parkirišče pri apartmaju. Prostoren apartma z vsem potrebnim. Odlična pekarna v bližini, blizu tudi manjša trgovina.

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, az utca túloldalán pékség, bolt. A közelben nagyobb bevásárlóközpont, éttermek. Pár percre van az autópályától, a sziget bejárásához jó kiindulópont. Mindennel felszerelt ház, nagy terasszal. Esti, hűvösebb időben a fűtés is megoldott.

Очень хороший дом с террасой!
Есть все необходимое для полноценного проживания - кухня со стиральной машиной, посудомоечной машиной, тостерницей, чайником, кофеваркой, духовкой, холодильником.. так же много разной посуды! Единственное кухня узкая; вдвоем готовить проблематично, но это не так страшно! 😀
Есть две спальни и зал с диваном, кровати удобные, подушки тоже😄
Терраса покорила наше сердечко - большая, с лежаками и прочей мебелью, а так же на улице есть душ!
Так же есть место где оставить машину, только пару раз не было места на парковке, обычно все было ок.
Советую этот дом от души!

Great location away from the busy places but still close enough for everything we needed. Just down the road from Cristo Rei its a spot its a spot that has three great resturants close by plus a grocery store as well. The accomadations are clean and cosy and filled all our needs.

Die Unterkunft in Cancio war sehr gut. Mit dem Auto waren es gerade einmal 10min bis Funchal. Auch war die Anbindung an die Autobahn und an Supermärkte ausgezeichnet. Die kleinen Restaurants in der Nähe waren zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten gut zu erreichen, sodass man den Abend gut ausklingen lassen konnte

Petite maison agréable et bien située.
La villa est très propre et cuisine très bien équipée.
On se sentait très à l'aise dans la maison.
On a apprécié la douche extérieure, très pratique après être rentrée de la plage.
L'odeur d'urine sur le fauteuil à notre arrivée que l'on a signalé, on nous a dit que quelqu'un allait faire quelque chose mais rien.
Le parasol est mal adapté aux pieds qui tombe avec le vent.
La villa est très propre et cuisine très bien équipée.

La casa es perfecta y el trato fue estupendo. Atendieron nuestras consultas y la estancia fue super cómoda. El hecho de que pudiéramos aparcar en la casa es un plus. El patio es una delicia, es lo que mas disfrutamos de la casa. Recomendar la panaderia que hay enfrente así como el restaurante que hay al lado, que tiene take away . Ambos te facilitan la vida.

Localização premium, camas muito confortáveis, quarto de duche muito prático, com estacionamento próprio, com os electrodomésticos chave, e pátio exterior muito agradável.
A moradia não tem ar condicionado nem alarme de intrusão. No entanto tinha alarme de incêndio sempre a apitar por falta de bateria. Na nossa estadia surgiram alguns insectos baratas e lagartos no exterior.

Odlična namestitev z vso potrebno opremo. Uživali smo na terasi s super razgledom, lokacija je odlična, pekarnica, kavarna in restavracija čez cesto, bus v Funchal pripelje do hiše. Odlično!

Our family had a great time at Terrace Vila 15! Cosy, poper home away from home, with everything one needs. We enjoyed breakfasts on the terrace with the view to Porto Santo island. An outdoor shower is also a great addition. Great location with parking for the car we rented, shops and a really good reataurant across the road. Easy to take the bus to Funchal, bus stop just across the road, as well. We highly recommend it.

- Wohnung wurde zu 2 (Paar) genutzt, so ist sie vom Platz her grosszügig.
- Küche hat alles was man braucht, sogar eine Waschmaschine steht zur Verfügung.
- Sauberkeit war sehr gut.
- Die Terasse ist grosszügig und toll.
- Restaurants und kleinere Geschäfte fussläufig erreichbar, Supermarkt in 3 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.
- Die Bäckerei/Café "Flor da Garajau" gleich nebenan ist sehr zu empfehlen!
- Wenn die Wohnung von 4 Erwachsenen genutzt werden soll wirds eng. 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern sollte gehen.
- Lärm von der Strasse gut zu hören. Schalldämmung scheint aber allgemein in Madeira kein grosses Thema zu sein und das Problem sind vorallem die Verrückten, die um 2 Uhr morgens mit dem Motorrad vollgas die Strasse hinauf beschleunigen.
- Küche hat alles was man braucht, sogar eine Waschmaschine steht zur Verfügung.
- Sauberkeit war sehr gut.
- Die Terasse ist grosszügig und toll.
- Restaurants und kleinere Geschäfte fussläufig erreichbar, Supermarkt in 3 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.
- Die Bäckerei/Café "Flor da Garajau" gleich nebenan ist sehr zu empfehlen!
- Wenn die Wohnung von 4 Erwachsenen genutzt werden soll wirds eng. 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern sollte gehen.
- Lärm von der Strasse gut zu hören. Schalldämmung scheint aber allgemein in Madeira kein grosses Thema zu sein und das Problem sind vorallem die Verrückten, die um 2 Uhr morgens mit dem Motorrad vollgas die Strasse hinauf beschleunigen.

Apparemment impeccable , avec tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi m, avec une playlist musical exceptionnel à l’époque du CD !
Avec une terrasse incroyable pour prendre son petit déjeuner ainsi pour être cosy sous le soleil où pour un moment autour d’un vin !
Dans les alentours, on peut trouver tout ce qu’on a besoin au quotidien, comme boulangerie, café et restaurant ainsi un supermarché a 10 min à pied à proximité !
Je le conseille au prochaine aventurier qui souhaite visiter Madère !

Heas asukohas, suur terrass koos välimööbliga. Väga puhas ja jalutustee kaugusel rand koos söögikohaga. Poed lähedal, kohvik, kus hommikul saiakesed kohe kōrval. Köök natuke kitsas aga kōik vajalik olemas. Parkimine maja ees oli alati vaba ja vōimalus, ka joovis parkids. Meil tekkis probleem sooja veega ja selgus, et remondiks kulub 3 päeva, seega koheselt pakuti uus majutus koht Santa Cruz linnas ( suur avar korter, koos parkimismajaga). See oli isegi positiivne, et saime mōned päevad teises linnas elada, kuna tutvusime uue ägeda linnaga , mida kundlasti soovitan külastada ( ilus ranna promenaad, odavad restoranid). Soovitan igati!

Excellent property that was elegantly decorated with all amenities in a perfect location. Great parking and across the street from a lovely bakery. Close to highway making it easy to get to Funchal and the Airport. Far exceeded expectations. Highly recommend Terrace Vila!!!

A kommunikáció a házigazdával, aki folyamatosan arra törekedett, hogy minden legyen rendben és bármi probléma van csak szóljunk neki. Nagyon ügyfél centrikus és nagyon kedves.
A belváros közelsége és mégis nem annyira zajos. A reggeli napozás a teraszon.
A fürdéshez használt meleg víz hamar elfogyott a család részére, de minden más tökéletes volt a szálláson.

The bed was broken. The dishwasher leaked and we didn’t use it. The portable fan was timed for only 120 minutes and would turn off making the room hot and uncomfortable to sleep.

Die Wohnung war wirklich schön und etwas verwinkelt.
Die Ausstattung zweckmäßig und vollständig, wenn auch stellenweise nicht mehr ganz neu, aber sehr sauber.
Einmal pro Woche wurde sogar sauber gemacht.
In Laufnähe einige Restaurants/ Bäcker/ Geschäfte/ Haltestelle.
Große Terasse mit Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten.
Parkplatz genau vor der Tür.
Laute Hauptstraße/ Autobahnzubringer genau vor der Tür, auf der Tag und Nacht Betrieb ist (Linienbusse etc.).
Laute Nachbarn genau nebenan, die nachts um zwei "Stühle rücken" spielen.
Lauter Hund nebenan, der abends mit seinen Artgenossen stundenlang kommuniziert.
Für Ruhesuchende nicht gut geeignet.

Le logement était mal situé au bord d'une route très passante donc très bruyante jour comme nuit. Logement mal isolé voir pas du tout, on arrivait pas à s'endormir à cause de voisins qui faisaient la fête/disputes tous le soirs.

A notre arrivée une fenêtre était cassée, de nombreuses coupures de courant car dysfonctionnement des panneaux solaire qui faisaient disjoncter le compteur général et pout finir comme l'avant de la maison est sur le point de s'effondrer, il y a une énorme fissure qui longe le toit jusque dans la cuisine, tous les jours on entendait le toit faire "boum".

Éramos uma família de 4 e a casa serviu perfeitamente.
Estacionamento à porta sempre disponível, cozinha muito bem equipada, um terraço muito espaçoso e com boas vistas.
É relativamente silencioso à noite. É relativamente perto do Funchal e do aeroporto. Check-in autónomo dá muito jeito para planear a chegada.

Das Appartement ist sehr sauber, und durchdacht eingerichtet. Alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt, ist vorhanden.
Die Betten der beiden Schlafzimmer sind sehr bequem.
Die zwei Elektroheizungen haben unseren Urlaub im März gerettet. Da es zu dieser Jahreszeit noch recht kühl ist, konnten wir damit die Räume auf Wohlfühltemperatur aufheizen.
Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr gut, es befindet sich ein sehr guter Bäcker schräg gegenüber und Einkaufsläden sind in 5 Minuten erreichbar.
Gegenüber ist dann auch gleich die Bushaltestelle in Richtung Funchal.
Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Alles war gut.

Komfortable, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Wohnzimmer mit großem Sofa und Sessel. 2 Schlafzimmer. Küche top ausgestattet. Sehr große Terrasse. Super Lage: in einer Minute ist man auf der Schnellstraße (10 Min. bis zum Flughafen, 10 Minuten bis Funchal). Parkplatz vor dem Haus (Anwohnerparkplatz, deshalb Schild - liegt im Gästeordner - ins Auto legen). Sehr gute Bäckerei, zwei kleine Supermärkte und einige Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gutes WLAN.
Das heiße Wasser in der Dusche reicht realistisch nur für zwei Personen, danach ist es - wohlwollend gesagt - nur noch lauwarm. Die Wände sind dünn, hellhörig. Für uns war die Lage an der Hauptstraße top (siehe oben); im Sommer, bei offenen Fenstern, könnte der Straßenlärm aber störend sein. Genau wie die bellenden Hunde (aber ich glaub, die sind überall auf Madeira). Check-In ist erst ab 16 Uhr. Das ist im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften spät. Früherer Check-In war möglich, aber gegen Gebühr von 15 Euro. Das sind zwar Peanuts, wenn man aber bedenkt, dass man nur den Schlüssel aus einem Key-Safe holt, d.h. es keinerlei Aufwand für den Vermieter gibt, fand ich das schon frech. Da sollte der Vermieter vielleicht über etwas mehr Kulanz nachdenken. Die Kommunikation lief über eine "eigene" Internetseite - modern und praktisch. Vor Ankunft gab es ausführliche Chat-Nachrichten, nach Ankunft wurde eine Frage allerdings nicht mehr beantwortet. Auch hier könnte man noch optimieren.

The house is on a street which has lots of amenities, from the bakery that sits just opposite of the house to a couple of small supermarkets and a really good take away restaurant. The back of the house has a really nice south facing terrace with an ocean view, a decked area with a couple of sun beds which you can use even in the winter time and a decent sized table for having meals outside. On the front of the property there's a small car port which can be tricky to use if you've got a car that's larger than a standard group B.
Inside the house there are two decent sized bedrooms and a living room with all the things you'll need, including a 32" flat screen tv with cable and a blu-ray player with some films you can watch. There's a small kitchen with a table that sits four people. Unfortunately the dishwasher wasn't working when we stayed there and most of the pans were so damaged that the teflon coating was peeling out so you couldn't cook any meals with it. Otherwise you have everything you need to prepare food and eat it.
The property was mostly clean and tidy, however it had a bit of dust laying around in surfaces. Nevertheless the experience was positive and I would definitely recommend it.
Inside the house there are two decent sized bedrooms and a living room with all the things you'll need, including a 32" flat screen tv with cable and a blu-ray player with some films you can watch. Die Lage ist direkt an der Durchgangsstraße der Stadt, also jedem Menge Straßenlärm.
Das Bett (Lattenrost) im Hauptschlafzimmer ist (obwohl nur meine Frau darin lag (75Kg) 2x auseinander gebrochen, allein durch das draufsetzen auf die Bettkante (nicht fallengelassen!). Musste man mühsam wieder zusammen bastelt.
Die Türklinke des Schlafzimmer hatte man beim Schließen in der Hand!
Im Nachbargrundstück ist ein ständig kläffender Hund zu Hause, sehr nervig.
Und wenn man Nachts die Fenster zumacht, ist auch die Straße nicht zu hören.
Positiv:
Aber sonst sind Supermarkt und Restaurant in der Nähe, perfekt.
Küche komplett eingerichtet mit Spül- und Waschmaschiene.
Garten-Terrasse mit Sitzmöbeln und Sonnenschirm (wenn nur der Nachbarhund nicht wäre), ideal zum Frühstück.

Idéalement placée, cette petite maison offre tout le confort dont on a besoin pour passer de bonnes vacances. Equipement du logement au top, literie très confortable, cuisine équipée parfaite avec ustensiles suffisant. SDB idéale. Terrasse parfaite pour manger et se reposer. A proximité immédiate, une boulangerie avec du pain délicieux, marchand de fruits et légumes frais, pharmacie et autres commerces de proximité. Bref logement idéal pour passer des vacances superbes ! Proximité de l'aéroport à moins de 15 min et du centre de Funchal également à moins de 15 min. Parking seulement pour petites voitures de type Fiat 500. Belle base de départ pour les randonnées quotidiennes.

Péssima experiência. Reservámos 6 noites, 4 pessoas. Check-in 1h30 atrasado por encontrar-se ainda em limpeza. Na primeira noite detectámos uma infestação de insectos num dos quartos, que nos impedia de pernoitar. O anfitrião (empresa com muitos alojamentos) deu como única opção passar 3 noites num outro alojamento próximo e regressarmos depois ao apartamento original para a restante estadia, implicando 2 mudanças de alojamento e incerteza de o problema ser de facto resolvido. A Airbnb mediou a situação, e a empresa mentiu indicando que a infestação era culpa nossa. Cancelámos a reserva, pernoitámos essa noite num hotel e reservámos outro airbnb. Verificámos na app que a empresa tinha outros apartamentos disponíveis para a totalidade da estadia. Apenas nos propuseram a solução que mais lhes convinha...

We enjoyed our stay in Caniço, the small house has a great terrace and the kitchen is (even though narrow) equipped with everything you need and the wifi is super good. If you have a car you can get to Funchal or the Airport super quickly, we never used a bus so I don't know about the public transport.
