Appartement rénové, avec balcon donnant sur la mer, pour des vacances merveilleuses à Calheta, l'un des quartiers les plus chauds de l'île de Madère.
Intelsol Calheta Apartment I est une propriété de 2 chambres entièrement rénovée, avec un style moderne, simple et pratique pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. L'accès se fait par des escaliers, car cet appartement se trouve au deuxième étage d'un immeuble du centre de Loreto, Calheta.
La propriété dispose de deux chambres à coucher avec lit double, l'une d'entre elles avec salle de bain privée. La salle de séjour est harmonieusement divisée par un coin repas et un coin salon avec accès à un petit balcon avec vue sur la mer. Le canapé se transforme en lit, ce qui permet à cette propriété d'accueillir un maximum de 4 personnes. La cuisine est spacieuse, dispose d'un coin repas au centre et est entièrement équipée. Toutes les chambres sont climatisées.
Le Wi-Fi est disponible dans toutes les zones.
Il n'y a pas de parking réservé, mais il y a un parking gratuit à côté de l'immeuble.
ZONE
Appartement situé dans le centre de Loreto, une zone ensoleillée de la municipalité de Calheta. Il se trouve à 10 minutes en voiture de la plage de Calheta, où l'on trouve également des bars, des restaurants et un supermarché. À proximité se trouve le "Engenho da Calheta", l'une des plus anciennes usines de canne à sucre de l'île de Madère. Les installations et les machines utilisées pour la production d'eau-de-vie de canne à sucre et de miel peuvent être visitées toute l'année. Il y a une salle de dégustation et un bar à vin.
Calheta se trouve à environ 40 minutes en voiture du centre de Funchal.

La meilleure option pour se rendre à la propriété est le transfert. Demandez-nous d'en réserver un auprès de nos partenaires locaux. Il est moins cher que les taxis que vous trouverez à l'aéroport.
Si vous louez une voiture, n'importe quelle application de navigation peut facilement trouver l'adresse.

AUTRES OBSERVATIONS

- L'heure d'arrivée doit être programmée à l'avance. Si elle n'est pas programmée dans un délai maximum de 48 heures avant, les clients seront soumis à la disponibilité de notre équipe.
- Tous les draps et les serviettes sont fournis. Nous pouvons également fournir un lit pour bébé, une chaise haute et une baignoire pour bébé si nécessaire, mais vous devez en faire la demande. Il y a une trousse de premiers secours, des extincteurs et une couverture anti-feu dans la propriété.
ATTENTION
Veuillez noter qu'une taxe touristique sera facturée à toutes les personnes qui passent la nuit dans la municipalité de Calheta. Ainsi, tous les clients séjournant dans des stations touristiques et/ou des établissements d'hébergement, âgés de 13 ans ou plus, devront payer 2,00 € par personne/nuit, jusqu'à un maximum de 7 nuits et un maximum de 14,00 € par personne/séjour. À votre arrivée, vous recevrez un lien pour payer cette taxe municipale.

Був нюанс - 3 дні з 6 не було інтернету, але керуючий постійно був на звʼязку і намагався вирішити нашу проблему.
Сама квартира розташована в маленькому селищі, є багато місця для безкоштовної парковки.
У кожній кімнаті є кондиціонери - можна було регулювати температуру.

Avoid this! The rooms in the back of the house have a serious problem ith mold, humidity and these humidity bugs. Creepy stuff. The beack vedroom smelled like mold so bad that he had to move the mattress in the livingroom and place it on the couch ast that wasn't the cleanest thing and not inviting to sleep on. The kitchen is a different, way cheaper style the rest if the apartment, eg they had a mini dushwasher that their bigger plates were not fitting in. They were missing basic things like dishwasher soap, etc showing the hosts do not care and that it's just a business. This was the most expensive and the worst stay in Madeira. the other ones in Funchal and Canical were super nice and cheaper! Also, theur pictures are a lie. For our apartment there was no teerrace. That outside table is on the bext floor next to another apartment. Cheap lie and overall kind of a joke that robbed us. I guess tgeir business will reflect the kind of not xaring they put in.

Sehr gute Lage, um Madeira zu erkunden. Die schöne und geräumige Wohnung befindet sich mitten in einem kleinen Dorf mit guter Infrastruktur. Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Trotzdem relativ ruhig. Perfekt war zudem der wöchentliche Bettwäsche- und Handtuchwechsel incl. Reinigung der Wohnung. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und würden sie Bedarf auch wieder nehmen.

The only couple of things we didn’t like was that when checking in, the location in airbnb was false, and we drove an extra 7km in the other direction (I told the host about this, I hope they will change the point in airbnb)
There are also suggestions for the host to add some decor to the apartment to make it cozy. now it's just white walls like in an office.

It is located in center of village and has restaurants (which we haven’t tried) and supermarkets.
Nevertheless, you’ll need a car to get around and see some other places, cause it’s not a central location on the island

Big problems with a hot water. In 50% time no hot water. Very narrow beds only 70 cm for adult. It is very bad for sleeping. Noicy location directly to the main street. Close to c crch v lo
