Studio dans un bâtiment historique qui, dans le passé, a été un espace culturel de grande importance à Funchal, ayant fonctionné pendant un certain temps comme un cinéma. Ce bâtiment de trois étages aborde une décoration avec différents thèmes de certains des grands classiques du septième art.
Ce studio est situé à l'étage 3 d'un ancien espace culturel, aujourd'hui entièrement rénové, transformé et décoré avec des détails inspirés du Great Gatsby avec toute la démesure de ce film.
La décoration a été pensée dans les moindres détails et combine des éléments culturels avec les plus recherchés dans un contexte de voyage : praticité, modernité et confort.
Cette propriété a une capacité maximale d'accueil de 2 personnes. Il offre un espace ouvert avec différents espaces de vie, un lit double, une cuisine bien équipée, un coin repas et une salle de bain avec douche.
L'immeuble a une entrée commune à toutes les propriétés et est situé dans la Rua Ivens, derrière le jardin municipal de Funchal, l'une des principales artères de la ville.

Immeuble situé dans la Rua Ivens, derrière le Jardin Municipal de Funchal et à 1 minute à pied du Théâtre Municipal Baltazar Dias. Depuis cet immeuble, vous pouvez connaître et visiter à pied les principaux points d'intérêt de la capitale de l'île de Madère. Il est proche des restaurants, des centres commerciaux, des bars, des musées, de la cathédrale de Funchal, de la marina de Funchal et du parc Santa Catarina.
Dans le centre-ville, vous trouverez de nombreuses informations sur toutes sortes d'activités que vous pouvez faire pendant vos vacances : activités culturelles, activités radicales, activités liées à la nature... quel que soit le but de votre visite sur l'île de Madère !

- Tous les draps et les serviettes sont fournis. Nous pouvons également fournir un lit pour bébé, une chaise haute et une baignoire pour bébé si nécessaire, mais vous devez en faire la demande. Il y a une trousse de premiers secours, des extincteurs et une couverture anti-feu dans la propriété.
ATTENTION
Veuillez noter qu'une taxe touristique sera facturée à toutes les personnes qui passent la nuit dans la municipalité de Funchal. Ainsi, tous les clients séjournant dans des stations touristiques et/ou des établissements d'hébergement, âgés de 13 ans ou plus, devront payer 2,00 € par personne/nuit, jusqu'à un maximum de 7 nuits et un maximum de 14,00 € par personne/séjour. À votre arrivée, vous recevrez un lien pour payer cette taxe municipale.

O serviço de atenção ao cliente esteve sempre disponível e foi super acessível, também a pessoa para contatar diretamente no whatsapp. De salientar a sua amabilidade e a pronta disponibilidade em ajudar em tudo!
O apartamento não inclui serviço de armazenamento de malas mas tem parceria com um serviço que apenas se encontra a 100m e que está gerido por uma equipa muito formal e diligente.
Sem dúvida, é um apartamento a repetir!
Espaço com muita luz, tranquilo e tudo bastante limpo e arrumado. De salientar a simpatia do anfitrião .

The host was incredibly attentive, providing precise coordinates and the address, so finding the place was hassle-free.
The apartment is cozy and clean, with thoughtful touches like coffee and laundry detergent. The mattress and pillows could be a tad comfier, but after my hikes, I slept like a rock — even with my light sleep!
Would happily stay here again — fantastic host and spot!

Die Unterkunft war nicht wirklich sauber, es gab zu wenig Toilettenpapier und pro Person nur ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch für 7 Nächte. Das Bett war mittelmäßig gemütlich und es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen ging auch nur halb gut, da es von der Straße gelatin laut ist.

Het bed was vrij hard en lag niet heel erg lekker. Ook kreeg je maar 1x handdoeken die je dan zelf moest wassen. Niet ideaal dat je dan zelf een grote verpakking (klein hadden ze niet in de supermarkt) wasmiddel moet kopen. Wij waren er een week en er is niet 1x schoongemaakt. Tussendoor een keer hadden wij fijn gevonden

Cependant, l’appartement est moderne. Il correspond parfaitement aux photos mises dans l’annonce. Il est situé à côté du jardin ainsi que du centre commercial. Il manquerait peut être un peu de rangement dans la salle de bain.
L’adresse en revanche, ne correspond pas à celle indiqué dans l’annonce.

La cerradura inteligente es un poco lenta y ruidosa.. Por el resto todo bien
No hay parking pero hay un estacionamiento de motos al lado en el que se puede aparcar de 20:00 a 8:00 por lo que si madrugas es buen sitio.

Az apartman felszerelése hiányos volt. Pl. 1 hétre 2 személyre 2 darab törölközőt kaptunk és 2 darab toalett papírt. Takarítás nem volt ennek ellenére szemetes lapátot nem találtunk (seprű volt), saját magunk sem tudtuk az apartmant egy hétig kitakarítani.

Nowhere to hang wet clothes after washing. No air con, which wasn’t an issue in December, but I imagine would be far from ideal in the hotter months. Bathroom towels were old, thin and hard. and pillows were too thin.

L'arrivée a été catastrophique, nous avons dû appeler l'assistance air BNB pour avoir un contact avec l'hôte.
La procédure d'arrivée qui nous été fournie décrivait une entrée autonome à l'aide d'un premier digicode . Ce digicode n'existe pas.
Nous avons dû attendre 3 heures au pied de l'immeuble, dans la rue avec nos bagages.
La nuit tombante.
L'hôte ne répondait pas à mes messages Air BNB.
Puis lors de notre séjour d'une semaine nous avons dû nous même expliquer à deux autres groupes de voyageurs comment accéder à leurs studios car ils rencontraient le même problème que nous...
De plus l'étage indiqué sur le mail de confirmation ne correspondait pas à la réalité. Quel dommage.

- Que no tenga llave fisica. Puede parecer mas comodo al principio, pero crea cierta sensacion de inseguridad.
- No hay personal. En toda la estancia no hemos hablado con nadie. Encontramos el trato muy impersonal, encontramos a faltar al menos un mensaje.

Great Location and easy to walk everywhere.
Unfortunately we were there in summer and having NO A/C during those hot days is really not nice cause the apartment itself is pretty build in with no kind of natural ventilation.
Otherwise everything is very good.

We stayed in January, so the apartment having no AC was not a problem for us.
The apartment itself was in a great location to walk to all local amenities, bars and restaurants.
The water heater mentioned in a previous review, was noisy after a shower, but it wasn’t enough to bother us.
All in all this a lovely apartment and we would love to stay again!

Check in is via codes on the outside of the building and at the door of the apartment. This made checking in very simple for us as our flight arrived much later than expected at 1am.
The hosts were great, kept in contact through Airbnb and via text also. They were able to arrange a transfer from the airport for us which was convenient also. They were great at responding to queries in a timely manner.
Location is fab, just a couple of mins walk from shopping centre La Vie which has a food court and supermarket on the ground floor.
There is a wonderful park nearby, and lots of restaurants as well as tourist souvenir shops.
Apartment was modern, clean and tidy and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here, will definitely book again when we return to Madeira.
