Este magnífico duplex fica no sexto e último andar de um edifício calmo e soalheiro. O seu espaço exterior convida a banhos de sol e a mergulhos na piscina, situada nos jardins do condomínio.
Com duas acomodações, ambas espaçosas com cama de casal, este apartamento acomoda até sete pessoas e está equipado com tudo aquilo que precisa.
Não se esqueça de “usar e abusar” da fantástica varanda, de manhã à noite!

Situado numa das mais prestigiadas zonas do Funchal, este apartamento está perto de supermercados, farmácias, lojas, bares, salas de espetáculo e do Casino da Madeira.
Ao lado do Casino fica o agradável Parque de Santa Catarina, com grandes áreas verdes para correr, relaxar ou fazer um piquenique com vista para a deslumbrante baía do Funchal.
A localização é a ideal para explorar a cidade a pé (dentro de dez minutos a pé da catedral, da marina e do centro) ou pelos transportes públicos (paragem de autocarro a dois minutos a pé).
TRANSPORTES
Para partidas e chegadas do aeroporto, há uma paragem de aerobus a cerca de cinco minutos da casa, embora que a melhor opção para chegar ao apartamento será o transfer. Peça-nos para marcar um com os nossos parceiros locais. É mais barato do que os táxis que encontra no aeroporto!

Assim, a todos os clientes alojados em empreendimentos turísticos e/ou estabelecimentos de alojamento, com 13 anos ou mais, será cobrado 2,00€ por pessoa/noite, até um máximo de 7 noites no máximo de 14,00€ por pessoa/estadia. Underground car park with a private garage for 2 cars and lift access to the 6th floor.

A notre arrivée, nous avons dû refaire le ménage après avoir laissé 5mn notre bébé de 10 mois au sol, le body blanc était gris/noir. Il y avait une odeur d'égout.
La résidence est bruyante le soir.
Les matelas ne sont pas de 1ères jeunesses , nous sentions bien les ressorts. ( obligés de mettre des couvertures pour essayer de mieux dormir)
Nous avons eu un problème de fermetures de fenêtres et portes, les hôtes ont été très reactifs mais le problème n'a pas été résolu au final.
L'appartement est loué en mettant en avant l'accès a une piscine située dans la résidence.... elle est très sale, avec boules de cheveux dans l'eau , des végétaux, du sable, de la moisissure et une odeur peu agréable... malgré nos demandes, rien n'a été fait !

Too many codes in the building lift was a bit slow sometimes. Hot water not very good when having shower. Also en suite bathroom had bad smell after two days from drain so not very nice.

Cependant, l’appartement est complètement vétuste, les équipements sont tous en fin de vie (notamment aspirateur, lave linge et sèche linge) l’eau chaude est aléatoire, la literie de mauvaise qualité, et surtout il y a de TRÈS fortes remontées d’égout, avec des odeurs quasi insupportables à certains moments.
L’appartement est bien trop cher pour la qualité des prestations.

Saknade en del utrustning i köket, som ersattes efter några dagar. Fjärrkontroll till grind och garage fungerade inte, vilket innebar att vi inte kunde använda garage och att vi fick vänta upp till 1 tim för att bli utsläppta från gården av annan boende. Städning efter en vecka innebar i stort sett bara byte av lakan o handdukar, ingen dammsugning eller våttorkning av golv.

The WiFi signal is extremely poor and often disconnects. The router could be moved to the centre of the apartment
The bed sheets were old and yellowed
The washer and dryer don't work properly and sometimes make weird noises
The water while showering most of the time goes cold and it takes time to come back hot
Slight smell in the bathrooms
The block of flats is not new and this can be seen around the apartment and the furniture but it is not a big problem
Positives:
Excellent communication with the host and a very nice welcoming when we arrived
Great location very close to the city centre and in walking distance to the clubs and the old town
Very useful underground parking with a direct entrance to the flat
Awesome view from the terrace with a useful grill
The kitchen is very well equipped
The block of flats is very secure with multiple entrances locked by keypads
All in all, I recommend this accommodation but some minor improvements should be done.

The light in the hall before the entrance didn't work for the whole stay, we needed a flashlight to open the door of the apartment. The fridge seems to be broken, only on a few days it cooled properly. The roof terrace is lacking sunbeds.

We were greeted at the apartment and given an extensive overview of all the facilities along with some tips and recommendations.
The apartment is located a short walk from Funchal. There are two hills to climb out of the Centre, which can be a little daunting if you have spent the day navigating the many hills in Madeira. We didn't have a car and used Uber to get home on a couple of occasions, to avoid the climb, at a cost of 3 Euros. There are a few local supermarkets and a larger Pingo Doce at the bottom of the second hill (a 15 minute walk).
There are some great restaurants at the bottom of the road including Restaurant Victoria and a superb bakery offering light lunches and the most delicious cakes. This is a must try! There are also a few local bars.
Check in and check out was excellent - clear instructions provided on email and via an online app and information page (which was superb).
The apartment is quiet for the most part. There is some noise from local dogs barking but this is very infrequent and quite normal.
Highly recommended and we would definitely use again in the future.

En plein centre ce qui a compensé le manque de piscine que les enfants ont réclamé.
Travel to madeira a vraiment été très courtois et soucieux de notre séjour avec Catarina qui a répondu à nos questions et apporté les détails utiles.

Getting in and out would have been easier if there werent quite so many keys and codes to use - but if you are very security concious, that may suit ! The front door key needed sorting as if it didnt work first time, it took ages and a lot of fiddling to get the door open.Shower in the bathroom was poor pressure wise - new hose needed. Could have done with a few hooks etc for dressing gowns/coats to hang, particulaiy wet coats !
Other than those minor niggles, convenient place to stay, and beds/settees were comfortable. A good week despite some rain!

La terrasse, splendide, permet de profiter du moindre rayon de soleil ! Et le garage permet de disposer d'une voiture, sans se soucier de savoir où la garer, permettant de sillonner une île superbe pour la vue, les promenades, la variété des paysages et des climats.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious and the (unheated) pool got sun all day until about 5.30 which was great.
The rooftop terrace overlooking the mountains was brilliant and we made good use of the BBQ.
There were plenty of towels, including beach towels and the kitchen was well equipped including a coffee maker, oven, hob, grill and dishwasher as well as a washing machine (plus detergent) and tumble dryer.
Great communication from the host, who also arranged airport transfers for €25.
I would highly recommend a stay here!
