Com uma boa iluminação natural, este simpático apartamento simples e funcional preenche bem os requisitos de quem gosta de modernidade e conforto.
A propriedade está inserida num edifício recente e localizada nos Piornais, uma zona de excelência, que tem a vantagem de ser tranquila e ficar perto da zona turística do Funchal. Tem uma cozinha, duas casas de banho, dois quartos e uma sala com acesso à varanda, onde pode aproveitar para relaxar e contemplar as diferentes cores do céu ao final da tarde.
No espaço comum ao edifício encontra uma piscina partilhada pelo condomínio, onde poderá aproveitar para ir a banhos e apanhar sol na companhia de amigos e família. Para os amantes de exercício físico, o prédio dispõe de um ginásio bem equipado.
Com um estilo contemporâneo e uma decoração minimalista, a propriedade dispõe de uma capacidade máxima para quatro pessoas e está totalmente equipada com todas as facilidades e comodidades para umas férias descansadas na companhia de família ou amigos.
O apartamento tem um lugar de estacionamento na garagem do edifício.
ÁREA
Situado num lugar de fácil acesso a vários restaurantes. Há um café, uma frutaria e uma padaria a 500 metros de distância. O centro comercial mais próximo fica a 2 minutos de carro ou a 15 minutos a pé do apartamento.
Está a 4 minutos de carro ou a 15 minutos a pé de distância da Praia Formosa. Se preferir dar um mergulho nas piscinas naturais da Doca do Cavacas, saiba que está a 18 minutos de distância, caso vá a pé ou a 4 minutos de distância se optar por ir de carro.
Está, também, a poucos minutos a pé do Jardim Público do Amparo, um parque de lazer para adultos e crianças.
COMO CHEGAR
A melhor opção para chegar ao apartamento será o transfer. Peça-nos para marcar um com os nossos parceiros locais. É mais barato do que os táxis que encontra no aeroporto. Se alugar carro, qualquer aplicação de navegação encontra facilmente a morada.
Para se deslocar para o centro do Funchal, existem paragens de autocarro nas proximidades.

Nagyszerű lakás, olyan mint a fényképeken, sok kényelmi szolgáltatással. Jó, hogy van parkoló a mélygarázsban, ami könnyen elérhető a lakásból lifttel, mivel az utcán fizetős a parkolás. Utolsó este nem volt meleg víz, miután jeleztük szinte azonnal jöttek és orvosolták a problémát. Csak ajánlani tudom, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.

Great place, spacious, two bathrooms, nicely decorated. Location was great, they also provided a parking spot which we highly appreciated as we rented a car to drive around Madeira.
Mid stay there was a cleaning service which was a very pleasant surprise :)
Everything you wish to have during your stay was there, highly recommend!
Would love some more towels to be left in the apartment as there's also the pool and the beach so having one extra set would be helpful but it's a minor thing!

The apartment offered a spacious and comfortable living area, which was perfect for our stay. Parking was hassle-free, and the kitchen was well-equipped, making meal preparation easy. We also loved the beautiful views from the apartment, and the host was very responsive, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.

Alguma falta de utensílios de cozinha que para família com crianças fazem falta. Além disso sempre que se ligava uma torneira ou a luz da casa de banho era horrível o barulho que os canos faziam pela casa. De noite o barulho era mesmo desconfortável, e tínhamos que ir às escuras ao quarto de banho com uma criança a dormir.

There is work being done on the facade of the building this unit is in for the next three months. I would not recommend staying here until that is completed. The work had scaffolding placed on the exterior of the building which partially covers the balcony and makes it unusable. The work is being carried out from 8am to 8pm and involved a jackhammer at times, it was very loud throughout the whole apartment and quite unpleasant.
We ended up leaving because we felt it was very unfair that this unit was being rented as usual. The host offered a 20% discount but it wasnt worth sacrificing our holiday for. We did ask the host to cancel our booking and refund us, they refused and we had to go through airbnb. All and all it was a headache and I wouldn’t recommend the host. They also wanted to communicate outside Airbnb.
If you do choose to stay here the apartment is nice. It’s large, in a good location with comfortable furnishings and I can see how others have enjoyed it.

The apartment was large and spacious. There was a supermarket and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Unfortunately, at the time we were there, there was a construction site on the facade. Sometimes it was a bit noisy because of this. Otherwise, the apartment had everything we needed for our two-week stay.

Výborná lokalita, nebylo to v centru, ale hned naproti vchodu byla autobusové zastávka č. 2 a ta jezdila do centra. Půjčili jsme si auto a k apartmánu patří parkovací místo v podzemní garáži. Kousek nad apartmá jsme se napojili na dálnici. Apartmá má 2 ložnice a dvě koupelny. Plně vybavená kuchyň s pračkou, myčku a sušičkou.

Everything as described, the apartment is large, nicely decorated and is a great base for trips to various places on the island due to its central location. The apartment is equipped with many devices such as a coffee machine, automatic clothes dryer, etc., which increase the comfort during your stay. Another advantage is a private parking space and nice people serving the place. There were no problems with our late check-in :) Best regards and we highly recommend it.

The apartment is big and clean.well located in s. Martinho, near forum Madeira. Oceano view. Beds are very confortable. The parking spot on the Garage had aparently a dificult acess but we always had parking spots on the street, for free. Well equiped kitchen , with dishwasher machine, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster. The pool is small but nice.

L’appartement est de bonne grandeur, Bien situé et spacieux. Les lits confortables. Le ménage en milieu de semaine très appréciable. Il n’y a pas de climatisation mais il est facile de faire passer l’air car appartement traversant. Aménagement et choix des meubles simple et élégant. Machine à laver et sécher très pratique et de qualité.
Le check-in était prévu à 16h mais à 16h l’appartement n’était pas prêt. Nous avons dû attendre plus de 1h30 pour que l’appartement soit nettoyer avant que nous puissions y avoir accès. Nous n’avons reçu aucune excuse ou compensation et ce malgré nos messages concernant ce non respect du contrat qui annonçait un check-in pour 16h. A ce jour l’hôte a ignoré ce sujet alors que la Residence se veut de standing.

Le parking a le mérite d’exister même si les manœuvres pour y accéder sont serrées, nous avons finalement parquer sans la rue ou le stationnement était gratuit.

Nastanitev je izjemna. Veliko stanovanje. Moznost brezplacnega parkiranja v garazni hisi. Miren predel, super lokacija za raziskovanje otoka. Sama opremljenost stanovanja je na visokem nivoju. Enostavnost komunikacije prinprijavi in odjavi.
Edina stvar v katero je potrebno investirati je klima. Trenutno se “hladis” lahko samo z ventilatorji, kar pa je bilo v dneh nasega bivanja, ko je bilo tudi cez 30 stopinj premalo.

The property has a very good location, close to everything.
The road in front of the building is very noisy, we can hear the traffic early in the morning in the room situated on that side. The back room was very quiet. There is a construction behind the building but that noise didn't bother us. However, it brought a lot of dust into the apartment.
Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice and comfortable balcony.
Very good bakeries and restaurants nearby (especially the Italian Pizzeria Lume).
Shopping center, pharmacies, Praia Formosa beach close to the apartment.
We had a car but there is a bus station in front of the building.

Great place for a month stay. Close to everything we wanted to see on the island. Cleaning done every week (thank you!). Every amenities you need for short or long term stay - we were also pleasantly surprised there’s a dryer machine. The street noise is pretty big during the day, but being close to everything makes it up. Thanks again!

L’appartamento si presenta molto pulito e ben strutturato, un ampia sala comune con divano e tv. La posizione ottima a solo 10 minuti da Funchal, prezzo corretto e servizio impeccabile. La consiglio. Ps: eravamo in 4 ed abbiamo fatto molti trekking in montagna, la presenza di lavatrice ed asciugatrice ci ha salvato la vita. :)

Die Wohnung war sauber und die Gastgeber sehr gut erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das jede Woche Putzfrauen uns beim Saubermachen geholfen haben war eine angenehme Überraschung. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut.
Einzig der Baulärm in der gesamten Gegend war zeitweise sehr laut. Aber auch der Verkehr war sehr laut und Kahm in der Season kaum zur Ruhe auch spät in der Nacht.
Insgesamt war es eine schöne Zeit.
Einzig der Baulärm in der gesamten Gegend war zeitweise sehr laut. Aber auch der Verkehr war sehr laut und Kahm in der Season kaum zur Ruhe auch spät in der Nacht.

Place was exactly as described and shown in pictures. I was hesitant because of not many reviews but they are a newer Airbnb just starting out. Service was amazing and it was always easy to get into contact with the host.

Street outside was very loud. Hard to sleep in the master but other than that it was a lovely stay. Exactly as described and very pleasant service.

Great place, we will return there for sure. We really enjoyed the place, it was exactly as described. We got a long list of recommendations on what to do, Fado music, nice restaurants and wine tasting houses.

Vielen Dank für diese tolle Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und die Wohnung war sehr sauber.
Auch das "late check in und out" hat bestens geklappt. Bei einem erneuten Madeira Besuch würden wir diese Unterkunft erneut wählen.

The apartment is well equipped and in excellent condition. We were two couples staying, so it was great to have two modern bathrooms and plenty of space to spread out.
We also enjoyed the pool area, which was very welcomed on hot days or when returning from a long day out exploring.
The apartment is situated a bit out from the main town. This was good for us as we did not want to be caught up in the hustle and bustle of the main town or tourist area. There was a good bus service to and from the city centre at the end of the hill. We also discovered some very good local bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment is also situated about 10 minutes walking distance from the popular 'Forum' shopping centre containing many clothing and food shops as well as various restaurants and cafes. There is also a lovely swimming area near the Forum shopping area. It is very attractive being sea water and created around the rocks.
Booking the apartment with, 'An Island Apart' was very easy and trouble free. The personnel are very efficient and friendly. We were especially grateful to them, as on the day of departure, we had a late flight back to London and they arranged a late check out and also a taxi to the airport.
I would definitely book this apartment again, however, it may not be suitable for those who finding walking uphill difficult. There is also a busy road outside and a building site nearby, however this won't be there for ever.
