This renovated traditional Madeiran three-story house is close to the center of Funchal, about 5 minutes by car. It is accessed by stairs, and right on the -1 floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, the kitchen and laundry room, an office, and a living room. Outside you will find a backyard, outdoor shower, and a garden with barbecue where you can prepare your meals outdoors. The ground floor has two bedrooms with double bed, and two private bathrooms with shower. On the 1st floor there is an attic with a spacious living room. This property has a maximum capacity of 6 people. Private outdoor parking. Wi-Fi is available in all areas. AREA This house is located near the Barreiros Stadium where several soccer matches take place. This property has a great location for those who want to stay close to the city center of Funchal. Nearby you can find the Levada dos Piornais, the Nazaré viewpoint overlooking the center of Funchal, and the Quinta Magnólia Garden. Within a 20-minute walk you can easily reach the lido bathing complex, and within 25 minutes you can walk to the Madeira Casino, Santa Catarina Park, and the center of Funchal where you will find other attractions. PROPERTY RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Pets are not permitted. • Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes. Municipal tourist tax (when applicable): €2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival. Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability. Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge. By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions. OTHER NOTES All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket. For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
