Situated in Arco da Calheta on Madeira Island, it is ideal for family holidays or trips with friends, away from the busy city pace. Accommodating up to 6 people, the house features three double bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom. On the lower floor, there is an additional guest WC. One of the bedrooms boasts panoramic views of the sea and mountains. The lower level also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a dining area, and direct access to the outdoors. Outside, there is a barbecue area and dining table—perfect for outdoor gatherings. The pool and unobstructed views create the ideal setting to relax and enjoy the sunset while watching paragliders frequently passing in front of the house. With private parking, this home offers the perfect balance between nature, comfort, and privacy. AREA Located in Arco da Calheta, one of Madeira’s sunniest areas, Vila Venusta offers easy access to Calheta Beach, the village center, supermarkets, restaurants, and other local attractions. An excellent base to explore the island calmly, surrounded by natural beauty and unforgettable views. PROPERTY RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Pets are not permitted. • Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes. Municipal tourist tax (when applicable): €2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival. Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability. Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 10:00 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge. By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions. OTHER NOTES All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket. For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
