A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Pets are not permitted. • We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper with this or any other equipment installed on the property. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes. Municipal tourist tax (when applicable): €2.00 per person/night (from 13 years old), up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person, per stay). The payment link will be sent prior to arrival. Check-in: from 16:00. Early check-in subject to availability and payment of a fee. Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out subject to availability and payment of a fee.
